“Working with a company to design and build a home is a challenge under the best of circumstances, but as in my case, living nearly 3000 miles away from the building site, the challenges were even greater...and I’m happy to say that my expectations were not only met by Suncrest Homes, they were exceeded. Charlie Hamilton and his crew took my ideas seriously and worked with me to design a floor plan that met my needs. Throughout the building process, I was informed of the progress through phone calls, emails, and photographs. When it was time to select flooring, countertops, lighting, etc. I flew out and participated in a whirlwind but extremely well-organized “shopping spree” with their interior designer, Sheryl Clear. She guided me through all the decisions that needed to be made and continued to work with me long-distance as the building progressed and minor adjustments and additional decisions were made. The house was finished on schedule and we were able to close the day before my items arrived from the east coast. I cannot say enough about the quality of professionalism and customer service that I experienced while working with Suncrest Homes. They have my highest recommendation and I would definitely use them again were I to build another home in the future.”

She definitely knows her colors and has a designers eye when it comes to helping you grasp the overall look of a project. I have also seen other work she's done to totally transform a room or space. “I was commissioned By Taylored Elements Construction Last year to do a Mid sized Kitchen and Bath For nice local home in Ashland Oregon. We had a few unforeseen problems. It was so nice to work with a General Contractor Who had the ability to manage his team, deal with all his Subs, take care of the Home owners, an then resolve all of our Issues in a calm and professional manner. Will be looking Forward to working with Taylored Elements Construction in the Future.”

“Steve has built me several homes over the years. the first being when my family moved to the Rogue Valley in 1990. With that experience Steve and I became close friends and still are to this day. He is possibly the most knowledgeable builder in the state taking time to stay current with building products, local and state codes, energy rebates, and building green. I have also had the pleaasure of selling building materials to Asher Homes for years and have found them to be easy to communicate with and understanding when there are challenges. Lastly, I had Steve build me a home while I lived out of the area. Not an easy task yet he is the only builder I had the confidence and trust in to do the job. And we came in under budget!”

“This year my husband and I took the plunge, sold our old home, and had a new one built for us in West Medford. That kind of thing is inherently stressful, but Giuseppe Rispoli made the new construction part of the process a lot easier for us to handle. We’ve heard nightmare stories about builders who are unresponsive and hard to reach when questions come up, but thankfully that was never the case with Giuseppe. It really did feel like a team effort to create a finished product that would meet our needs now and in the future, and we’ve always felt that Giuseppe genuinely wants to give us a home in which we’ll be happy for many years to come. We’ve been in the new place for two and a half months now and are really enjoying it; it’s beautiful, comfortable, and we couldn’t be happier.”

“Susan, I am so glad I took your advice to paint my great room in a warm color rather than the cool colors I was thinking of. The grayish tones would have been gloomy during the winter and, now the it is summer, the warm tones fairly glow. My husband, John, even commented that the wall color looks nicer than before...actually it was more like “huhnn? brighter…snort…grunt…better than white...ok.” I think that means he approves. :)”
