Laebon Homes

We are in the middle of a build. Well 3 weeks from possession, the professional and awesome nature of dealing with the build was/is amazing. I can be pretty demanding and we were one of the contractors on site. So we had regular access to see the progress and the small things. From the footings, underpinning, the spray foam around and in the cracks to ensure a seal. The standard was/is awesome. The only critique is the kitchen company. The standard is awesome. But when you deviate we are having problems. I have no doubt it will be sorted out by the end. I can't speak highly enough for the Penhold Laebon build team. Thank you Beth and David. The process has been amazing. Jocelyn and the designer Kim, helped us design a house we are so happy with! Thank you and I can't wait to have all the final stuff done to move in!!!!
