We hired Browdy & Browdy (Dave Rinzler & Dick Browdy) to build our home in Ponte Vedra Beach Fl. Living in central Pennsylvania and building a home 935.8 miles away could have been a recipe for disaster. Things went perfectly. Even our neighbors commented on how professional they were including how clean the jobsite was and there constant supervision of the project. They controlled the subs, were constantly available, and had great suggestions on controlling costs while building a quality home. Their knowledge of current building codes along with a years of experience building first class homes was invaluable. The ultimate test was a move in date Xmas 2016 as our 4 adult children were visiting thinking we rented a home and did not know about the project. They performed and had us in a week early. Best Xmas ever! We would build with them again in a heart beat. First-Class organization!

We hired Browdy & Browdy to build our home in Florida. Living in Pennsylvania while building a home 954 miles away could have been a recipe for disaster. Things turned out perfect - even my neighbors commented on the professional way they completed the project and the clean jobsite. The quality was excellent, their availability constant and ideas/suggestions to control costs were much appreciated. We gave them a firm date to complete the job - Christmas because all 4 of our children were visiting thinking we rented a home. They came in on time and we totally floored our kids with a new home. Highly recommend this outfit to build your home. Would do it all over again in a heartbeat.

We were selected to design a riverfront home for a client who engaged Browdy & Browdy as consultants and potential contractors for the project. David Rinzler was present from the start and instrumental in developing schematics and eventual construction documents. The clients elected to seek preliminary bids from several contractors and Browdy & Browdy were chosen for their competitive evaluation and devotion to the needs of the clients. Construction of the home was well-organized and completed ahead of schedule in spite of structural challenges and eleventh-hour revisions. David appointed a full-time, ever-available superintendent who asked the right questions and resolved each issue thoughfully. I recommend Browdy & Browdy to all prospective clients and would jump at the chance to work with them again.

We were introduced to this company to build our first house back in 1986..... and they did a great job! It was top quality at a very fair price.... and so when we were looking to build again 11 years later, and after looking around a bit to see what others had to offer.... the choice was clear..... we again chose Browdy and Browdy and we were even more pleased with the new house! Once again, top quality, attention to detail, a very fair price. And having lived in the house for a number of years now, I can say that their construction has passed the test of time whereas others in our high priced riverfront neighborhood have NOT with construction short cuts and flaws showing up down the road requiring extensive repairs or renovations. Thanks to Richard, Sharon, and David for helping to make our lives in Jacksonville a little bit better and for 2 great homes!

I used David for a 5000 sq ft penthouse build out and could not have been happier. He was very attentive to every detail , making sure everything was exactly how I wanted and imagined it to look like. Not only was it beautiful but the quality of material and service was excellent. I am hopeful to use them again in the future.

For decades I've designed homes for Browdy and Browdy and their clients, and although the homes are all different in their architectural styles and interior finishes, the one constant is that every single client I've worked with has loved their finished product and would recommend Browdy and Browdy exclusively. No matter how stunning we believe the home will eventually turn out, David Rinzler and his talented crew seem to always exceed our expectations. I would highly recommend speaking to him prior to planning your next residential construction project.

The decision to build our dream home was very tough since we have heard through many sources the nightmares that could come from designing to building. We chose Browdy and Browdy based on a reputation from people that built with them 30 years ago to as soon as months before our decision. The answers to all of our questions were the same, I would use no one else but David Rinzler. This project was very tough and we made multiple changes along the way from adding stone to building retaining walls. David met with us at every architecture meeting to any meetings we requested with our interior designer. His attention to detail cannot be matched by anyone in our humble opinion. I highly recommend if you are building a custom home in NE Florida that you at least meet the Browdy and Browdy team, you will be remised if you didn’t have a conversation with David.

Having to build a unique multi-million dollar home that was very unusual for Northeast Florida, it was a hard decision on which builder we should choose to build our dream home. Having being in the construction field for 25 years, I knew not every builder could build this house. Fortunately for us, Browdy & Browdy was the perfect choice. Richard Browdy and David Rinzler were fabulous, from the initial meeting to the finished product. Their professionalism, experience, and attention to detail are unmatched. They hired a superintendent just for our project and he couldn't have been a better choice. I hope not to build another multi-million dollar house again (because this one is our dream house) but if I had to, they would be my only choice. I highly recommend them.

We just finished our second project with Browdy and Browdy, a custom riverfront home. David and his staff were with us from the tear down of the original home and are still attentive to any questions/needs we have had after move in. The attention to detail is unparalleled and has been noted by every person that enters our home. We would not hesitate, in fact would only choose, to use Browdy and Browdy in the future and highly recommend this company to anyone seeking contracting services.
