My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Lots of add on charges, defective furniture and surreptitious billing. It was such a toll on mental health to keep paying for stuff which made no sense. Like they would order light pieces which did not work, then just stand there and watch the electrician put it on and then recharge for ordering another piece. It was a nightmare and so glad finally in my rear view mirror

A friend recommended Saint Pierre to us, and we didn't even need to get other quotes believe or not. Erin's professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail, design aesthetic, and respect for our budget allowed us to confidently move forward with our desperately needed kitchen renovation. The contractors were top notch, always punctual and simply the best at what they do. Erin managed our expectations well, provided resources for products, and multiple options when required, and kept our project on track to finish in time. We are so thrilled with the progress to date and can't wait to utilize her services for other future home improvement projects!

Erin Saint Pierre provided us with a complete remodel and design for our condominium in Florida. The project was seamless as Erin came in to review the project, provided us with very complete and detailed plans on implementation, pricing and design options to consider. Very thorough with attention to detail and consideration for our budget. Not only was Erin very professional but all the contractors that she hired were very trustworthy and top notch. Installation was magnificent. She handled every facet from draperies to picture hanging to linens to accessory placement. We couldn't have been more pleased!!

I have been working with Erin St. Pierre, lead designer of Saint Pierre for 4 months now and I am amazed by her creativity, knowledge and professionalism. We are doing a complete remodel of our 3300 sq. ft house. She listened to our ideas and created plans for the construction which included electrical, demo and beautiful elevations. She has done an amazing job of communicating our ideas with our contractor. She is punctual, completes her work on time and does what she says she is going to do. Without her on our team, we would be lost! I am excited to continue working with her during the construction process and then the decorating process.
