What a pleasure it was to work with Len and his crew. They were ultimate professionals, clean, quick, smart, and with great communication during the entire process. We were comfortable with them in our home and L-O-V-E the results. Our Master Bath is beautiful and well designed!

Seacliff Construction is the best! They just finished up a full remodel and two additions, which included the kitchen and laundry room. From the start Len walked us through the entire project. We approached him with just an idea and a budget and he worked with us for over two years as we came up with a plan that met everything on our wishlist, and stayed within that budget. He was always patient and gave input as we went through many iterations and revisions before finding our best solution. We are a young family with three little kids so finding someone that gave us the time and patience to get our project right was amazing, and I think pretty rare! The crew is just as great, they are detail oriented, and so conscientious. From start to finish they fixed any problems they found (even if they weren’t in the original scope) without hesitation, and made suggestions and found solutions to make the house better. They communicate well with each other, billing is clear and transparent, overall we are so happy with the finished product, and highly recommend Seacliff Construction for any project big or small.

Len and his team are the best. We are exceptionally pleased with the remodel of our Aptos vacation home which was done in two phases. Totally professional and a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend them.

Several years ago Seacliff Construction & Design filed plans with S.C. county labeled “VERNAZZA ELDER HOUSE RAHABILITATION PROJECT.” During the years since we have totally enjoyed the art room for Merrylee, the new kitchen, a new bedroom for guests (and eventually maybe a caregiver), and our occasional use of the installed stair lifts. Recently, our gardener found a leak under our house and we called Lennox Smith the owner of Seacliff Construction & Design to take a look. His determination was it could have occurred during the improvements and he offered to correct the problem which included some plumbing and interior wall repair. This kind of warrant is not what usually takes place in the construction business and we wanted to bring this to everyone's attention.

Love SeaCliff Construction- always on time very professional, excellent craftsmanship. I wasn't always available on site which was no problem any issues they would call and everything worked out perfectly. I think I am on phase 4 of our update and everything has exceeded expectations

Len, Seth and the team at Seacliff Construction are very professional and a pleasure to work with. They are very creative as well and helped me with the decisions I needed to make throughout the project; they really put me at ease. I am very happy with the quality of work on the many projects they completed for me. I hope to work with them again soon on more remodeling I want to do at my home. We chose Seacliff construction to be the contractor for the remodel of our bathroom. We did so because of their outstanding reputation and their competitive bid. They did not disappoint. Working with Len as well as every member of his outstanding crew has been a pleasure. Everyone is extremely competent, responsive to our concerns and extraordinarily courteous as well. In addition, they made suggestions that substantially improved upon our architect's design. We could not be more delighted with the absolutely beautiful bathroom they built for us. Remodeling without a major headache or nervous breakdown is possible if you go with Seacliff construction. You could even have fun!

Lennox and his team did a great job on my kitchen. It was a complete remodel including floor, electrical, new gas line, custom cabinets and more. It was done while I was away and they were respectful of my property and home. Lennox came up with several ideas that enhanced the project including using extra countertop material for a garden window. He was able to align my new tile floor with the rest of my floors seamlessly. It was done on time and even below budget.

Seacliff Construction & Design, led by Lennox Smith, is a great team of hard workers dedicated to make their clients satisfied. Our job wasn't easy as they had to move plumbing and reconfigure a master bath/pantry into a master bath/half bath. They also got on board with increasing the size of a wall to house an antique cabinet I found for our new pantry. I'm a hands-on type of person and wanted to choose every fixture, vanity, etc. and Lennox not only listened, but guided me on final decisions.

We started working with Seacliff Construction and Design in 2014. We needed a phased approach to our remodel since, with 2 dogs and a cat, we needed to remain in the home during the remodel. Len and his team worked with us on a phased approach which exceeded our expectations. We were actively involved with all aspects of the remodel and Len was patient with us as we weaved our way thru design and options. Each phase was executed perfectly with detailed costs and accurate scheduling. Len's entire team worked very professionally and with minimal disruption for us. Len's sub-contractors followed his team's lead and were very professional. We are extremely satisfied with the results and overall job quality. We would highly recommend Seacliff Construction and Design to anyone needing a superior team.

We recently hired Len and crew to remodel my husband's childhood home in San Jose. After many years as a rental the house needed a lot of updating. We live several hours away from the property so it was important that we work with someone we could trust to make decisions without our direct input. Len sent me weekly emails with updates and photos and contacted me whenever there was a big change. Since it was to be a rental unit, I left the choice of finishes, fixtures, colors etc up to him and I was very pleased with the result. He was honest and reliable and worked hard to stick to my budget. He had many good suggestions for maximizing the value of our investment. After the remodel, we were able to increase the rent on the property by $1,800/ month and the neighbors say it is now the best looking house on the block.

Len and his top-notch team renovated our Capitola condo and we couldn't be more pleased! The project was completed perfectly to our specifications and ahead of schedule. Len guided us through the process of selecting materials and even went shopping with us! We have no reservations about giving Seacliff Construction the highest recommendation.

Seacliff was a delight to work with. Our kitchen remodel was all that we wanted it to be and more. And it came in under budget and on time. Len's crew were great. Arriving when they said they would and making as little commotion as possible. The best was how Len helped us with our design decisions. Seacliff Construction has handled two projects for us -- jack-and-jill bathroom remodel three years ago and a laundry renovation this year. Lennox was great to work with and kept us well-informed before work started until after it was completed. He met with us several times to discuss both project, was very attentive, understand our objectives and offered excellent suggestions for our consideration. Both projects were completed within schedule (actually a few days to a week shorter) and our budgets. Seacliff's employees were professional, friendly and did a great job completing the work. The onsite employee(s) also informed us about the work being performed and any questions or concerns. Upon completion of each project, Len provided detailed information regarding the costs for the project -- there were no surprises for us as he and the "foreman" were in frequent contact with us. Len coordinated his work and schedule with others (cabinets, painter) involved in the project. Both projects went very smoothly. The employees were very considerate of and protected our home, and did their best to minimize dust in other rooms from the demolition work. Both projects involved replacing light fixtures, floors (installed tile), cabinets and countertops (quartz for one and granite for the other), removing wallpaper and, as needed, re-texturing the walls, painting. new plumbing fixtures. We are very pleased with the finished work and our renovated rooms. We strongly recommend Seacliff Construction and Design, and will contact them for our next projects.

I am writing to express my pleasure and very positive thoughts about Seacliff Construction. Lennox Smith, Seth Bragg, Scott Faulk and every one else on their staff are not only outstanding at their trade, they are artists. We just completed a major remodel involving every room in our house, inside and out, as well as the exterior hard scape. My thoughts on the project were vague, except for the structural renderings done by my architect. My wife and I will retire in this house and I wanted to be an active participant in its design and finish work. Fortunately, Lennox Smith is an expert both in design as well as construction. At each decision point he presented me with ideas and options that I had not considered. He accompanied me to pick everything that can be seen: siding, windows, roof, granite, stone, light fixtures, sinks, tubs, plumbing fixtures, appliances, doors, flooring, carpeting, etc. Our taste was very similar and it was very reassuring to have him there while these choices were made. The house is so much better than I imagined having had Len's guidance and suggestions. They did an absolutely beautiful job. All the above is important, but the best part is that it was fun to do. These guys took care of everything. They take pride in everything they do. Their honesty and integrity is written all over the house. The honesty and integrity is also seen in the pricing. Len documents everything very clearly and was very financially kind with my last minute changes. I hope you choose this company. You'll be very happy you did.

We hired Len and his company to remodel our kitchen. After receiving several bids all about the same price range we decided on Seacliff after checking several of his references, all gave glowing reviews. They were all correct, right away Len made us feel we made the right choice. We had a vision for our kitchen and with his aesthetic eye brought it into focus. Len and his team did an excellent job with our remodel. Len deftly handled unexpected changes and challenges that came up and kept the job on time and without the changes that my wife and I added, very much on budget. The crew was very professional and courteous in every respect. The parking at our job site was very challenging as was the access and the guys handled it with respect and patience for us and our neighbors. We hired Seacliff Construction to remodel our townhouse. We were very happy with the quality of the work and professionalism of all the employees. Lennox was very helpful in making design decisions and choices that would not only look great but were budget friendly. Because of his experience, he recommended several products that he had used in the past which streamlined the remodel. We ended up with a remodeled townhouse that was both beautiful and functional. The budget was increased due to finding a lot of damage in the bathrooms. Seacliff completed their work on time in spite of the extra work needed to fix the damage. My wife and I hired Seacliff Environmental services to work on three separate projects on our property. They fixed the structural foundation of the cottage we rent and acted on our behalf with the County of Santa Cruz to make sure we were not "Red Tagged". They built a second story office for my graphic and website design services and remodeled our living room. Lennox Smith is a knowledgeable professional that has our best interests in mind. His work is exceptional. We highly recommend his services.

Our home had been through 4 separate contractors working on various projects before we were introduced to Seacliff Construction & Design in 2005. My wife and I could immediately see a difference. The Seacliff Construction staff was knowledgeable beyond any other contractor services we used before. Our design plans were well thought out and detailed by the expertise of Lennox Smith. He designed projects that were within our budget and scope. He patiently guided us with the eye of an architect and precision of an engineer. His team arrived daily on time as well as being very courteous to my wife and children. They were excellent at making sure they cleaned up at the end of their day. Lennox has always followed up after the completion of each project to ensure our satisfaction. That is why we will continue to use them for our needs. The next project on our kitchen will be completed this Spring by no one other than Seacliff Construction & Design and Construction.

Remodeling can be extremely difficult.. I was recently faced with a huge design project of gutting a 5200 square foot office building and picking the right contractor was a daunting task.. Hiring Seacliff Construction & Design was the best decision I made! They made the job easy, were extremely professional, extremely knowledgable, and completed the work ahead of schedule.. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.. I know they will be handling all of my future remodeling projects, large or small. Love those guys!

Seacliff Construction & Design did an extensive remodel and addition to my house. The kitchen was remodeled as well as one bathroom. The second bathroom was turned into a laundry room. Seacliff also removed the carpeting in the dining room and installed a porcelain tile floor to match the one in the kitchen. We also added a master bathroom and walk-in closet. Len (the owner) is an excellent designer and helped me select materials and match colors. I highly recommend Seacliff Construction and Design.

We have a split level home (tri-level actually) with an open floor plan. We have a staircase that is smack in the middle of the house and is a true focal point from the Kitchen, the Living Room, the Family Room and the front entry way. In short, the stairway needed to be upgraded for both safety and aesthetic reasons. It also needed to be a close material match to our hardwood floors as well as some glass room dividers. Len and his crew were prompt and professional. The stairway is now safe and looks fantastic. We have not used many contractors but our experience with Seacliff was a good one.

Seacliff was our top choice for a bathroom remodel, requiring complete updating but also a structural change in the roof. The contractor, Lennox Smith, competently led a skilled team including a structural engineer and specialists in tile, wood, cabinetry, and glass. We were exceedingly happy with their workmanship, reliability/professionalism, persistence in working with city planning, and dedication to keeping our project within the budgeted amount. We were out of the state when the remodeling took place. However, we never worried about the care taken by Seacliff, and our trust was well placed. We recommend Seacliff without reservations.
