SemBro did an outstanding job on our new kitchen. The entire process from first contact through completion was very professional. We were assigned a project manager who made sure a skilled tradesman was there for the entire process. We were also impressed on the last day when the cleaning crew came in for a total clean up of the kitchen, followed by the project manager and inspectors for final inspection, followed by our design specialist who made one last completion visit. I had a fantastic experience working with SemBro company , in particular with designer Olena on my new kitchen cabinets and countertops! She has an incredible eye for design and helped me choose the perfect colors, materials, and layout. Olena was professional, patient, and really listened to what I wanted. All materials was high quality and manufacturing and assembly times are shortly. Countertop installation was very carefully and qualitatively. We had our primary bathroom completely remodeled by Sembros and couldn’t be happier! We were nervous about a large project and all of the things that could go wrong. We were immediately eased of any worry from day one. From picking out materials and designing to installation and completion it was an easy, fast and great process. If you want a kitchen to excel others workmanship, go with these guys. My kitchen was a 1953 gut job. SemBro was seamless, so was Their product and skill set. I cannot believe the transformation, quality and overall look.

We had Sembro redo our living room, dining room, kitchen (full gut), and flooring, and they were absolutely amazing. From the start, they stood out from other companies we got quotes from because of their attention to detail. They itemized everything clearly and even gave us a 3D rendering so we could really see our vision come to life. Paul, who first came out, did such a great job listening to what we wanted. Mariya was fantastic to work with on the design side, always open to our ideas while also suggesting her own. Pasha, our project manager, was incredible—super responsive, organized, and quick to handle anything that came up. Their carpenters, flooring contractor, tile contractor, and countertop contractor were all top-notch. Everyone showed up on time, was polite, and worked quickly. It almost felt like every detail had a specialized expert—one for flooring, one for tile, one for carpentry, and one for countertops—making sure that each piece was done correctly and with care. The project actually finished ahead of schedule, which was such a nice surprise. And while you always expect little mistakes with a remodel, there were almost none. What really stood out to us is that when something did need fixing, there was absolutely no hesitation—Sembro was on it immediately, and that’s what makes a truly great company. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out and would recommend Sembro to anyone looking for a team that truly delivers.

We had a total bathroom remodel from Cleveland office of Sembro. Great job, Daniel kept us informed on all aspects of remodel and great workers. Ivan excellent job on new shower, linen closet, adjusting wall, new toilet, new vanity installation as well as counter top, adding new toilet and all new fixtures. Very pleased

I had SemBro come out for a kitchen/bath remodel, they were very reasonable. I also had them add cabinets to the laundry room. I have to say I am thrilled with the results and have had rave reviews from everyone. The workers were on time, got to work and needed little supervision. They made sure all details were done at the end and everything was cleaned up as much as possible. I will be calling them again for more work. Excellent company, highly recommend them!

Sembro renovated my 1950s ranch and transformed it into a home I am very proud of. They gutted the kitchen and bathroom, updated electrical and plumbing, removed a wall so the kitchen flows into the dining room. Remodeled the powder room, refinished the hardwood floors throughout and painted the interior. It truly is a brand new house. All was done within the timeframe and within budget.

We had our kitchen and bathroom remodeled by Sembro. We are very happy with the entire process. Starting with the quote that Yuriy put together to the design experience with Mariya to Alex the project manager and finally the entire construction crew. They will all put your best interests first and work hard to make sure you are satisfied with your experience. Finally, when it comes time to finalize payments, they are very reasonable with change orders. I highly recommend Sembro for kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects.

We used Sembro for our kitchen renovation and strongly recommend them! They came in on time and on budget - we did not have any surprises with them. Pasha and Yuriy were fantastic project managers from start to end. Our project included demo, drywall, new flooring, electrical, lighting, plumbing, cabinets, countertops, backsplash and appliance installation. It took 4.5 weeks from start to completion. The team in our home was polite, worked quickly and always kept it clean! 10/10 would recommend them. (We also got quotes from other places but felt best about Sembro because of the good reviews and word of mouth stories; I’m glad we went with them!)
