Our family room remodel is the third Custom Home Works (CHW) project completed to our extreme satisfaction at our house. The family room interior was a dated 44 year old style - fake wood beams, red brick around the fireplace and surrounding walls, popcorn ceiling, dark wood trim and bookcases, wood burning fireplace, no ceiling lighting, mini bar/sink recessed into the wall, and carpeted flooring, CHW tore everything out to the drywall and plywood, and started with a blank slate. Recessed lighting was installed, the redbrick was covered with tile and custom built bookcases (along with a custom built mantle) , the hearth was covered with granite, solid hardwood floor was installed, all new trim and crown molding was installed, and the popcorn ceiling was covered with drywall and and then smoothed to an even surface. The room is so much brighter, elegant, and cheerful than the old dark, stale and drab interior. I can't thank Bill and Dave enough for their time, patience, and expert knowledge in this remiodeling project.

Throughout the process, Melinda in the front office fielded numerous texts and questions from me promptly, with both precision and good humor, and kept me updated on all scheduling. Every person who came through our door during this process was highly skilled, on time, polite, professional, and respectful of our property. Our lead technician, Tannor, and the Kitchen Solvers team made everything fit seamlessly, updating and finishing everything so that it looks exactly like it what it looked like - and actually works better than - it did before disaster struck. Tannor took extra time at every step of the process to make sure everything was adjusted perfectly and looked great. He addressed every concern, and went above and beyond, finding replacement parts that I thought couldn't exist. If you are considering a kitchen makeover in these difficult times when parts availability and shipping issues are unavoidable, consider this: from start to finish, you truly cannot ask for more reliable, professional, and respectful humans to be working in your home every day. I am grateful that Brad was willing to take on this job, and delighted with the results. Thanks to Kitchen Solvers, we have gone from ruined wreck to a beautiful, fully functional kitchen.

Not a great experience for us. Delays, some iffy tile work, construction manager was a disaster, never once heard from the owners even though I know they were aware of issues we were having. We did like our designer but even with that said we have issues with being able to use certain cabinets. Sadly would not recommend.

Todd's professionalism is great; he's polite and kind, highly responsive, very good about communicating budget info, and the work quality is fantastic. His entire team was friendly and courteous. This would have been a 5-star rating except that, due to staffing issues, our project took significantly longer than expected. Todd was apologetic about this, and I'm told the staffing issues have since been corrected. The work they did was beautiful!

Brian, Zach, and Jacob turned our dream mid-century bathroom into a reality. They were respectful, reliable, and professional throughout the project, even when tricky situations arose (e.g., installing a heavy cast iron tub during a heat wave!) and the end product was skillfully executed.
