Buyer beware: make sure to have the home professionally inspected! We are VERY glad we did. Our engineer’s inspection report caused us to get out of our contract and we lost a lot of money doing so, but it was worth it. Save yourself the heartache and get an inspection ASAP.

Integrity and quality in a builder? They have GOT TO BE KIDDING! The quality and craftsmanship of our home were horrible and, though they looked nice the day we moved in, paint started peeling from door facings that were never primed, the backyard began flooding, the carpet began rippling, the stain on the front door faded away within months, the baseboards and stairs began separating from the floors and drywall also. Our neighbors have similar issues. We've received either no response or Jason cursing at us any time we have requested assistance or made him aware of an issue. Go, RUN, elsewhere for a home that you're going to pay this much money for!
