The WORST. Don't be fooled by the fancy brick and mortar showroom. He will talk a great game, run to cash your deposit and then it's GAME ON YOU to try to get them to do anything resembling the original scope of work. It will cost you twice as much time and $ because you'll have to fire him and spend the next year (or going on 3, as is our case) hiring subs to undo and redo his work. We now know of other "customers" in the community with the same experience. Damaged subflooring due to appliances not hooked up properly. Outdoor drain filled with tile grout, Holiday Kitchens cabinet frames are bowing, doors sticking, hinges breaking. We could go on.... When filing this review houzz asks for a project completion date...never is the answer but not an option they give. Hire a clown, expect a circus. On your dime.

Don’t give him a dime! We paid up front and work was never finished correctly. His subs started out great then got very sloppy when they showed up, it’s because he wasn’t paying them. Good luck trying to get ahold of him about half way through the project, he goes stealth for long periods of time. We spent 90k and ceiling looks like Long Island sound and sinks are already leaking,

Simply stated, I am extremely happy with what Barry’s guys did to my 31 year old shower. I am very particular and interviewed 5 different renovators. He did the job on time and on budget. Two 10 mm glass panels coated to repel stains, glide smoothly on a beautiful track. Plumbing and Tile work worked out beautifully since no contractor could promise not to damage the second row of marble tiles. Barry’s men were able to do it, didn’t damage my home and did an admiral job. I’d use them again and I’m pretty hard to satisfy! See the first two photos for “before” and the second two for “after”.

Barry and his crew of professionals created for us the most lovely kitchen! The work was done in a very timely manner and they surpassed all expectations.

Complete remodel of MasterBathroom Was rushed into making choices for materials in early May for mid-July start, and still experienced delays with materials, which were cut incorrectly &/or not available. Additional payment was taken at this point in project. Project start was pushed back 2 weeks Communication was poor after initial few weeks when the majority of the contract cost was paid. Communication with owner could be made only when nearing another payment benchmark. Plumber used was not licensed, and he also functioned as the tile guy. Quality of painting was poor, and had to be redone and still was not satisfactory. Currently paste from prior wallpaper application is seeping through paint. Project scheduled initially to finish around Labor day. Actual finish was post Thanksgiving and we ended up using separate contractor for shower glass so not to add time. Also was cheaper than sub used by Simply Baths. Had to clean up much of the debris ourselves, in adjoining master bedroom, so we could occupy it. Owner would place blame on individual workers for errors, when in fact he had not communicated correctly, or given proper direction to carpenters. Project manager, while very courteous and responsive, had no authority or idea when anything was scheduled. Dumpster was overflowing and asked for 2 weeks to have removed from our property before it actually got picked up, made a call to dumpster company ourselves. Designer Rachel Peterson was very good, but only got to speak with her once. I would not recommend this company.

We have had the privilege of working with the crew at Simply Baths for a few years now. Rachel and Teela are always professional and more importantly, understanding of their client's needs and desires when planning a space. Their knowledge of design and practical use of space is in synergy with the materials selected down to the finest details. Some of our finest home projects have been at the fabricating and installing end of their designs and the outcome always exceeds anyone's expectations.

Barry and he entire staff could not have been more professional. They gave good advice. and CLEANED UP after themselves. We could not be happier with our new bathroom.

Barry and his entire staff were outstanding ! We achieved exactly what we were hoping for, and the work was done on time, within budget and by people I totally trusted and enjoyed ! Imagine that.... I actually looked forward to the crew arriving each day !! Barry went above and beyond for us, and we are so happy with our 2 new bathrooms and master closet. They are gorgeous! We WILL be using Simply Baths again VERY soon. I HIGHLY recommend !

We hired Simply Baths & Showcase Kitchens (Known as Brush's End at the time of hire) to do a remodel of our unfinished basement. We interviewed several companies before going with Barry Miller's company. Barry took the time to get to know our desired end-state, style and budget. He kept in constant communication throughout the project. He made sure that the same people are used on your job throughout. There is consistency with who you interact with for the duration of the project. The basement was just a wide open concrete slab. His team transformed it into an entertainment and fitness area. We now have a kitchen/bar with sink, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, wine cellar, audio-video entertainment center, washer-dryer hookup, and full bath room. While accommodating a second area for our fitness equipment. His team worked with our audio/video installation team to construct cabinets to hold equipment. His team also worked with our Wine Cellar vendor in construction of cellar and cooling unit installation. We were so pleased with his work that we recommended him to my step-mother for her kitchen remodel. Needless to say, she was more than pleased with his work. We continue to recommend his work to others and continue to use him for misc. jobs that are not as big in scope as our original basement project. His pricing is competitieve and he is adaptive to your budget and makes recommendations to get the most "bang for your buck". No short cuts were taken. We are about to start our third bathroom project with Simply Baths. That should tell you how we feel about the professionalism, craftsmanship and quality of their work! We have been working with Simply baths since 2010 and we've been completely satisfied with all aspects of their work. I take pride in my home and everyone at Simply Baths has not only respected me and my family, but they have respected our home. We absolutely love our two renovated bathrooms. We worked very closely with Simply Baths on design and function and they helped us create some amazing spaces in our home. We are so happy with their work. We would highly recommend Simply Baths!
