Tile install on 800 square feet of space in my home. I highly recommend Skylar Parker. Project coordinator gave proactive updates of project at every step. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, at the agreed cost. Very professional and courteous and they did good work.

We hired Steve to re do our patio. We installed pavers, re did the dry wall as well as new columns and paint. Steve was fantastic, always in constant communication with us and the job was done on time. That was very important to us, we had our sons first birthday party scheduled already and decided to do this project last minute and Steve came through for us. We could not be happier with the work and professionalism throughout the entire project. We highly recommend Steve for any project and will be using him again for future projects.

My wife and I have live in our 7000 square foot house for 10 years and decided to remodel our flooring, family room, master bedroom, landscaping and repainted the entire exterior. We hired Skylar Parker Construction and Development to perform the entire makeover. The design, workmanship and quality was well worth our investment!! I truly recommend SPCD for any remodeling or add-ons.

I would like to start by thanking you and your entire team for making this effort as painless as possible. This being our first experience working together I found my customary initial cautiousness quickly turning to confidence. They can be depended upon to ‘take care of business and to turn out an outstanding product. They paid attention to the project details and did an excellent job of keeping me in the loop . Their attitude was one of problem solving, not problem creation. The result was not a contractor looking for change orders, but a contractor looking to satisfy their customer.

My wife and I couldn't be happier with the level of service, attention to detail and the quality of the work that was provided by this top notch company. From beginning to end, Steve set high expectations and produced an even better finished product. My home now looks and feels like a luxury property without the overwhelming price tag. Steve was great at listening to what we were looking to accomplish and then provided ideas that surpassed our high expectations while still making it feel like we were the creative geniuses. Everyone who came to my home to complete their portion of the project was polite, worked hard and cleaned up every day before they left. Treat you and your home to the best in the business and call SPCD for any remodel project you are considering. They truly live up to their motto of "100% Complete, 100% Satisfied".
