Snead Custom Homes (SCH) quickly developed into one of the most respected high-end residential, new home builders in the DC Metro Area. Our main focus remains Customer Service. Snead did a complete remodel of my home, and delivered all tasks on time and within budget. I was impressed with the attention to detail and quality of workmanship, in addition to management always maintaining the highest level of professionalism and approachability.

Snead Custom Homes built our new home last year and did an outstanding job! They were extremely professional, easy to work with, and finished the job in a very timely manor. My husband and I enjoyed the whole building process and would choose Snead again for any future project! We highly recommend this builder!
