Andy does amazing work. He knows what he's talking about- extremely knowledgeable. He knows how to trouble shoot-He's very patient, thorough and accommodating. He just completed a revamp of our Lutron system so now my lighting is fully automated and easily controlled through the app on my phone. Andy has been a pleasure to work with for over 20+ years!

We recently worked with Sound Environments (SE) for an integrated automation system for our new custom home. We were looking for a company that understood automation systems and that could work with us on designing a user friendly-not overly complex system. SE were recommended to us by our construction manager. We started working together by walking the house during the framing stage and discussing our requirements. Knowing our desires, SE were very helpful defining the scope. SE then provided us a proposal to rough-in wire the system and a separate proposal to finish the system (equipment, installation and programming). The rough-in work was completed in accordance with the construction schedule. Because of our doing, a lot of the work to finish the system occurred while we were in the house. SE were very good at coordinating the timing of this work with us and this overlap helped us understand the system and fine tune the programming. The scope of the work included networking and WiFi system, security camera system, automation and communication system, audio system, room visual systems, lighting system, window blind automation and golf simulator system. We recommend Sound Enviroments. They helped us scope the work, provided easy to understand and fairly priced proposals and the installation work was very good. In addition, any time we have a question, they have been responsive.

Working with Andy at Sound Environments has been consistently a pleasure. We keep seeking him for any new needs we have. He is very informed on all our matters of wireless, broadband, home automation, home speaker systems, home entertainment, wiring, our CCTV system, and essentially anything we've asked him about. He's responsive, informed, efficient, hasn't needed to redo work, reasonable with his prices and rates, and overall a pleasure to deal with. At the outset, after letting him know the scope of our ideas and work, he did a thorough assessment of what was in our house, what we would need and not need, and he helped implement things in a timely manner. Further, much of the work can require different systems interacting with one another and he's seemlessly made it all work smoothly. He's mindful of costs and any changes or renos that would be disruptive and there has not been any instance of over-runs or more than estimated renovations to the house. At times when we thought we might be out of luck giving the wiring or the structure or materials used in our home, Andy has found ways to make it work and we're very happy with the setup and any initial worry has been overcome. We will continue to look to Andy as we find more upgrades and changes needed. Thanks Andy!

Andy and the Sound Environments team did an absolutely superb job installing a complicated movable TV mount above my fireplace. They were highly responsive to my requests, with superb and personable communication before, during (explaining why they made the installation decisions they made and soliciting real-time feedback) and after the job (followed up to make sure I was happy!). And the work itself was top notch - swiftly done but with great care and attention to the fine details, minimizing disruption and cleaning debris as they went. Andy of Sound Environments originally set up my home in 2003 with phone, audio, and lighting systems. Now, 17 years later, everything still works as well as it did on day one. I have so much faith in Andy, that last year he completed a smart home update using the Control 4 platform where I can now run my garage openers, audio, television, lighting, security and cameras, from my iPhone.
