Carolyn of Elements Home Staging did a fantastic job. The transformation from red wallpaper, stained carpet, and an overall dated design was amazing. She took the time to work with the owners to find the right balance of improvements to fit their budget. The return on investment for the owners was several times the cost. Carolyn Grawin impressed me on my initial contact with her. I inherited a condo unit in La Jolla, Ca. that I decided to sell. Ms. Grawin and Elements Home Staging was the company my real estate agent recommended for refurbishment of the condo which was in need of updating. Ms. Grawin was respectful of my budget and concerns. She listened to my ideas and reflected back to me those ideas that would work. She was timely in informing me of changes that needed to be made, always mindful of keeping those changes within budget. While I ended up spending more to update the condo than originally planned, those expenditures were realistic considering the state of major appliances, paint, and carpeting. As I live on the East Coast and could not make trips to organize this, her ability to hire the decorators, be at the condo for deliveries, and installment of carpeting and appliances took a tremendous amount of stress off of me. Her staging of the condo was tastefully done and neutral enough to make any potential buyer feel it was ready to move in. I am glad I listened to her advice. I am completely pleased with how the condo looks and confident that it will sell quickly and know I will get a good return on my investment.
