We had just over two weeks to refurbish and stage this condo. We stripped wallpaper, neutralized the paint color throughout, re-carpeted, cleaned tile flooring and re-stained the grout in lighter color, painted kitchen cabinetry adding new hardware and installed new stainless steel appliances, sink and faucet. Bathrooms were left as is, though accessorizing helps hide a multitude of flaws. A reasonably priced staging package, where less is more, shows off square footage in this compact two bedroom, two bath.

Our aim was to cost-effectively update the space, thus making it quite comfortable for the new buyers to move in and remodel the kitchen and baths at a later date if they so wish.
