Mike and Suncrest were the easiest contractors I have worked with in years and did an amazing job redoing our kitchen floors. I was able to schedule an appointment within 24 hours. Mike came to see the space, provided some suggestions and had an estimate to us before the end of the day. Work began the following week. Mike and his team were professional, timely and did a great job. I will definitely use them again for bigger projects in the future.

I would recommend Mike from Suncrest any day. I was obsessed with tiny homes for a while and when I was blessed with some extra income, I decided to add a tiny home to my property as a rental unit/guest house. Mike had redone my friend's condo, and I love the style of her place, so I asked for his number and interviewed him along with a couple of tiny home specialists and 2 other contractors. Once I decided that I wanted to go with a tiny home built on a foundation, that meant I needed a contractor and I went with Suncrest because of Mike's style. He did an amazing job with the design and with helping me select finishes that gave the look of my friend's condo but more in line with my budget. His guy Dan handled communicating with me really well. Mike actually was doing more of the work than Dan, it was mostly him and another subcontractor there. He said it was his first tiny home and he was there to make sure every step was done to the T.

We acquired this 30+ year old triplex property that had a great structure, but the interior was quite dilapidated. After interviewing many contractors, we chose to take our business to Suncrest. What really made them stand out was our experience with Mike. He helped shape our vision for the space and guided us with smart suggestions to the layout, while also considering future needs. He presented well designed layouts that we hadn't seen from other contractors. He engaged quality subcontractors and communications were mostly managed via his superintendent, who was also a pleasure to work. When we ran into unexpected challenges (additional issues that weren’t discovered by the inspector pre purchase), including a very necessary foundation repair, Mike was able to address the issues for a fair and reasonable price. The property exceeded our expectations. Everyone told our agent that these were the nicest (and biggest) units for the price in our area. We are so thankful we chose Suncrest!

We bought a double lot in Sarasota so that we could build a small multi-unit complex on it. We had previously worked with Mike and his team on remodeling investment properties for us, but this time we decided to build new. Mike designed us a great property - we had anticipated building four 3/2 units, but with his clever design, we ended up with four 4 bedroom/3.5 bath townhomes for only a 3% increase win budget. His design is fantastic, he really knows how to create contemporary livable spaces. We are very pleased with the quality of this project and were able to rent them out very quickly for asking price with no concessions. Mike and his team have now done 14 total units for us, and we will continue to work with him.
