Tamra Lenz/Closet Factory Hampton Roads

If you are considering a custom closet, Tamra Lenz is the person to call! I moved into a home that already had a custom master closet, which was beautiful, but did not work for me. I knew that I wanted to tear out the existing closet, and I had an idea of what I wanted to replace it with, but I wasn't sure of how to accomplish it. Tamra was very patient and had a lot of insight and was able to guide me in creating the most beautiful and functional closet that I could have imagined! Closet Factory was very easy to work with and I highly recommend Tamra!

Closet Factory did our bedroom closet years ago and last summer I had Tamra install an additional closet space and a desk/work station to our condo. We just bought a house and had to rent our condo. We were worried it would take a long time to rent our condo being there are multiple units in our building for rent with similar layout and price. However, within 2 days of listing our unit, we received a call and the potential tenant mentioned he chose our unit specifically because of the desk/work station! We will be using Tamra's services again. She is a true professional, returns calls/emails in a timely fashion and is a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend asking directly for her!

Tamra listened well to what I wanted for my smallish master closet. And boy did she deliver! Couldn't be happier with my new closet!

I'm delighted to recommend Tamra Lenz! She helped me design my pantry (My first project!)...She was very attentive and a genuine, good listener as I described what I needed in the pantry. She has the expertise and knowledge when it comes to dimensions/measurements for any sized pantry. I am so pleased!! The walk-in pantry looks better than my kitchen!! I just LOVE walking into my new organized space. It's peaceful!! Who can say that about canned goods? Tamra also helped me on my second project...YES, I love working with her and couldn't wait to start a new space!! Tamra designed an amazing Craft Room for me complete with lighting, cutting area, audiovisual area, classroom table and an inspirational paper wall that's filled with 50 different colors of cardstock. It's a papercrafters dream and Tamra had the vision and expertise to help me create my dream stamping studio!

This was my first home improvement job with Tamra and Closet Factory. It was such a wonderful experience. I was looking to take an empty wall and turn it into a wall unit that was both attractive and useful. Tamra's design was spot on with what I had envisioned and much more!! She is a true professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. And, that can also be said about Closet Factory and the installers of the wall unit. The wall unit has become the focal point of our home and we have received so many compliments on it from family and friends. Tamra is always the one I call to help me design and organize my closets. Tamra has been with me threw 4 houses over 10 years. From my first master bedroom closet 10 years ago to every closet in my new house this year. Most recently she designed built in bookshelves for my daughters new house. We hired Tamra Hudgins Lenz with the closet Factory to build our fitness lockers at Natural Bodyz Fitness 24/7 Bayside and we couldn't be more happy! The lockers of the Cornerstone of our facility so we went with the best company and we are so thrilled with the finished product. They're gorgeous, they fit perfectly and they are made out of real wood material not some fake stuff you would buy at any store. Additionally they are cost reasonable!
