I purchased a gas fireplace unit that was installed by my general contractor. I had several issues with the unit that were covered under the warranty. The service staff has been great in resolving those issues, educated me on how to best use the unit, were always on time and very pleasant to deal with. The service person was very skilled at solving all of the problems.
