we spent more than a million dollars for an incomplete and poor quality home. our contract prohibits us from posting anything negative about them on social media so I'll just say please do your research before doing business with these people.

I am sitting in the living room of my million dollar plus home in Franklin,Tn hearing the rain fall outside AND inside. I have never lived in such a poorly constructed home at any price point. These contractors should be ashamed to call themselves “Luxury” builders.

We used Thrive to build a new home, and it was a smooth, extremely enjoyable experience from start to finish. Thrive put together a floor plan within our budget in just a day, and very quickly got things moving on their end. Throughout the process, it was very easy to make our decisions, and Louise and Patrick were such wonderful people to work with. If we had questions about what was going on, Louise would answer them promptly and politely. Patrick was always happy to show us what was going on with the house when we stopped by to see the progress. The quality of their materials is unmatched - the "base" model for our oven/stove is Thermador and it has 6 burners! All of the finishes are top-notch and add a quality you don't see every day. Surprisingly our house was done earlier than expected, and we were overjoyed to be able to move into our dream home on Christmas Eve. I highly recommend using Thrive to build your next home. Their customer service is just as outstanding as the materials they use, and your home will have so much character.

We did not have a good experience with this company . We have ended up spending approximately 30k to secure the housing foundation and deal with water issues. We are now in the process of rebuilding our garage. They built us a 2 car garage and due to the way they built it, neither of our cars can fit. It was a disappointing experience to say the least.

We can't say enough about Thrive Homes. We have a beautiful new home with character and details we love. The entire Thrive team is professional and our experience with them was above expectation. Their attention to detail, emphasis on craftsmanship and devotion to building green are what set them apart from other builders in the area.
