This product is outstanding. It has added beauty and value to my home. My deck featuring DekTek Tiles is solid, fireproof, requires very little maintenance, and will last for years. I am hoping it’s the last deck that I’ll ever have built! Everyone who visits compliments how lovely it is. It’s an upscale version of an ordinary deck. The staff at DekTek are helpful and easy to work with. It’s a small company with fantastic customer service.

Company does not stand behind product and Customer Service does not exist. They fail to warn customers that the tiles must be coated immediately on receipt. You only learn from your own experience and they do NOTHING to help

First class company(Great helpful people) that have exceeded our expectations at every contact! Beyond exceptional people, the DekTek Tile product is simply outstanding, amazingly beautiful and different from the wood and wood look alike products currently flooding markets. Our new deck is commented on by every visitor to our home. My search began with looking for reduced maintenance and extended longevity compared to every decking product on the market. We were also pleasantly pleased with the ease of installation even on our very complex plans. Of course, plans have a habit of changing, often mid stream, we expanded our plans by about 20%, after carefully placing furniture mock-up and flow, DekTekTiles handled the change almost as if they expected it, easiest for me to say, wonderful people working in a thoughtful way! STUNNING! CLASSY! AMAZING! All describe my new DekTek Tile porch and patio! I never write reviews but must make an exception for this quality product. I was looking for a low maintenance alternative to my labor intensive wood plank porch. DekTek Tile was the perfect choice! The great look is obvious, but just as important is what you don't see--the tremendous support I received from DekTek Tile staff. Pamela, Ken, and Theresa "held my hand" from the beginning from application to color selection and installation. They were there to promptly answer any question. I can't remember a time when a vendor showed so much personal attention to my project and was genuinely vested in the result. DekTek Tile was a major investment in my property and has truly increased its value. This product is worth every penny!

My husband and I recently built a new home and wanted a unique and easy care product on the floor of our deck. This product is locally made and it was the perfect choice for us. My husband did the install and it went very smooth with helpful information from the owners. The finished product is absolutely gorgeous. Our choice was the Cobblestone Gray and it is perfect with our dark gray siding. The owners - Pete and his daughter Pamela, along with their employees were helpful, courteous and friendly. The product is everything we hoped for. It made our deck look like a finished extension of the living area that it connects to instead of just a deck. The deck is not fully completed but we wanted to attach a picture that at least shows the beauty of the floor! Thanks, DekTek for creating this product!

We discovered this outdoor decking option from our builder and it was exactly what my husband wanted. No fuss or upkeep needed for our deck/upper level screened in porch flooring. We were able to modify our color selection from the pecan medley color scheme and we are very happy with the look and durability. The owners worked with us to find a more affordable shipper and their customer service is great.
