We have used Build3 for 3 projects now. The most recent was a huge job (complete kitchen model and flooring). They are professional form start to finish and quality of work is exceptional. They have been in business for a long time so know what they are doing. Project is hand held from start to finish to insure client is happy. They are a high end company and you truly get what you pay for. They daily updates and website portal tracking help keep everyone on the same page. Comminication couldn't be better. We will use them again for future bathroom projects. Highly recommend Todd and Build3!

I can't say enough about Build 3 or the owner, Todd Gold. I had a large room in my basement finished into a craft room / bedroom with a closet. Todd is a man with the highest integrity and runs his company accordingly. He worked with me through all of my crazy ideas and was upfront with the pros/cons of each one. Todd is very creative and helped me keep within my budget. The work was impeccable and would hire Build 3 with Todd's overall management on ANY project.

I have hired Build3 for several projects over the years, from remodeling my kitchen and bathrooms, to building a cedar Pergola in my back yard, and rehabbing my rental properties. Todd has always delivered on exactly what he said he would, on schedule. He even came back and personally replaced my kitchen floor, which was installed by a subcontractor that was not up to par. Good general contractors are hard to find these days, and I appreciate someone who hard has a good work ethic AND knows the value of customer service. I will be using Buid3 on my next remodel.
