I have worked with Neil on nine projects over 20 years. I am not a professional builder. None have been resold. I have retained my projects for my betterment. With Neil's help my estate has grown many times. Besides having excellent design abilities, Neil provides other important qualities. Neil is organized. I have always known where we have come from, where were are in the project and where we are going. He dots i's and crosses t's. He communicates well, listens and has always respected my input. Neil has always shown great flexibility in working with me as I need. Integrity and honesty over time equals trust. Trust is a large part of what a professional has to sell. Without it a relationship is not possible, certainly not one of 20 years.

Neil is detail oriented, has a superb sense of (and flair for) design, listened to our concerns and needs throughout the project, and effectively guided that project -- including serving as our advocate on disagreements -- from pre-start to post-finish. The result: A marvelous, beautiful one-of-a-kind home that reflected both his design acumen and our dreams. (That house, by the way, was a winner of the Eugene Celebration-based People's Choice award (or whatever it's called...may not have the name right.)) Frankly, I think you'd be crazy NOT to consider -- and hire -- Neil for your project. He's THAT good.

Neil designed 2 separate houses for us. He was delight to work with. Neil listened to what we wanted, translated that into a successful design in both cases, and provided timely and effective support during construction.
