I hired Sonia from Topview Design Solutions to help us remodel, furnish a decorate our home. On our first appointment, we walk through the house and a week later she gave us a proposal on the new layout and during the process she help us with the colors and to pick the best furniture and decor pieces to make the space pleasant and beautiful. Sonia and her team really listened to our needs, and this made for a very smooth and efficient process. They were also very mindful of our budget, giving us excellent advice on where to save and where to splurge. Sonia and her team were extremely professional, responsive, respectful and well organized, just a pleasure to work with. I couldn't be happier with the end results. I feel like our house trully reflects our personal style without sacrificing any functionality. I would highly recommend Topview for any project!

My wife and I had the most wonderful experience furnishing our home with Sonia, owner of Topview Design Solutions. We give Sonia and Topview our highest recommendation for excellent taste, great service, and attention to detail. Sonia was accurate on budget and timelines as well. The rental we were moving into was vacant and so the landlord let us get early access to start planning our move and furniture. We contacted Sonia in mid November and she was immediately easy to get in touch with. Right away she squeezed us in and set up a free consultation appointment within days to walk through the home, take pictures and measurements. She even came prepared with some printouts of samples to jumpstart the process of learning our style preferences, which paid off later when we actually began the project. We also discussed budget and timelines, and we felt Sonia was very realistic in her estimates. That night after the appointment, my wife and I discussed and agreed to move forward. The next day we told Sonia that we’d love her to help us and she provided a contract within a day or two. We asked some questions which she clarified quickly and we proceeded to sign the contract, then send it over. She gave us wiring instructions and we deposited the full amount into her account, since she was going to purchase all the equipment directly for us. Because Sonia had preplanned travel in mid-December, she worked tirelessly to get our moodboards as quickly as possible, to ensure that all items could be ordered before she left for vacation. We reviewed the moodboards over Zoom and made a couple of small iterations to get to the final design! From there, over the next couple of weeks, we started getting the items every day or two. It was like Christmas, everyday, all the way until Christmas :). And just like that, we had everything furnished inside the living room, dining room, and family room and we were able to enjoy our first holiday in the home! All thanks to Sonia and TopView!

Sonia at Topview Design Solutions has gone above and beyond my expectations. I have used her for interior design as well as construction plans for my company. She has simplified my remodel process by providing architectural plans as well as interior design input to make our clients happy. During the peak of covid, I moved into a new apartment with lots of large windows and lots of light, and thank goodness I found Sonia to decorate it. She promptly visited in a safe and healthy way. I told her there were three words to think about when designing a plan-- clean, simple, and peaceful. She took all the room measurements, and within days proposed a plan that included quality, modern furniture and area rugs, from multiple vendors. She coordinated all the purchasing, and passed on vendor discounts to me. She added splashes of color with large pieces of artwork on the walls. And during the process, when I wanted to add accents here and there, she jumped in and advised what would work in keeping with my theme-- clean, simple, and peaceful. She even designed a closet for the master bedroom. She spent countless hours ushering the project through, so her fees were quite reasonable considering the amount of time she spent on this project. I am very pleased with the result, and can only thank Sonia for making it happen!

I hired Sonia to work in my new home in Hillsborough, CA. I needed somebody who could give me new ideas about kitchens and bathrooms and the space in general. Sonia helped us by designing two master bathrooms with bathrooms, a bar, a laundry room and the kitchen. Her work was careful and oriented to detail. She thinks out-of-the box and gave us something new and stylish. She is also an honest person, a good listener and a professional. We hired Sonia Jimenez from Topview Design Solutions after being recommended by our contractor and, from the very first meeting, we felt she was the right designer to execute our ideas professionally. The project involved moving one of the exterior walls of our house to line up with an exterior corridor to create the space for a bigger kitchen. The one caveat was that we wanted the final look to blend seamlessly with the rest of the house and not to look like an addition. Sonia designed the space after taking all this into consideration and drafted the necessary permit drawings. The final product is great: the house looks like it was built originally the way it looks now but more attractive and stylish, and our kitchen is really what they called a chef kitchen with estate of the art appliances and beautiful cabinets and finishes. Sonia is a very efficient, well-organized, and talented designer who really took to listen to us and getting to know us. We are thrilled with the way our home turned out and I’d recommend Sonia to anyone.

Sonia Jimenez of TopView Design Solutions designed and made the drawings of our new entrance hall. The main change was to install a huge pivot door, which opened up the entrance area to the outside. Sonia's drawings were very precise and provided a good sense of what the new entrance area will look like. She also provided measurements to the pivot door construction company. She is very focused, listens well, and provides very good design ideas.

My best friend recommended Top View design. They had worked on the renovation of her master bedroom and her master bathroom and after seeing Sonja Jimenez and her team in action I can see why. My kitchen, master bathroom and living/dining rooms looked really outdated and I couldn’t take it anymore. Sonia is friendly, a great listener and knows her stuff. She took my ideas, improved them, and turned my outdated areas into modern, fresh spaces I love being in. Sonia gave us options that were modern but still kept a quiet, conservative edge more according to my character. I’m very pleased with the results and Sonia’s hard work.

After interviewing many designers we decide to go for Sonia Jimenez at Topview Design Solutions. Since the beginning we felt Sonia understood our style, budget and needs. The result of our entire remodeled home was amazing. She had a great design vision, great eye for color and best of all we keep in our budget. i engaged Sonia at TopView Design Solutions to complete some architectural drawings for a permit application for my condominium in San Francisco. I found her to be very responsive and the work was accurate. she was easy to communicate with and we quickly went through a couple of revision cycles over email.
