I really enjoyed working with TR! They built our house in Yorktown, VA. Most people are hesitant to go through the process of building a new home. However, this was actually a good experience. They walked me through each step of the entire process and made it less stressful. TR is an honest company and their quality of work is excellent! I would recommend TR to everyone! TR Builder is an excellent company. We chose them to completely remodel a Master Bath. This project was extensive. Their pre-planning, continued engagement and attention to detail was very good. All of their subs were excellent and represented TRB to the highest degree possible. They are a company that deserves serious consideration for anyone considering a remodel project or new construction of any size

They were professional and very user friendly to work and communicate with (even after the job was completed). Everyone on the job site was respectful of our house, yard and pets. The finished results are beautiful, we couldn't be happier.

We had hired a landscaping company from Williamsburg, now out of business, to put in a walled-in, raised patio. It was a big mistake, because the surface material they recommended was porous and it was not too long before the seepage began to cause problems with the foundation of our house. Tony came to advise us and suggested a patio upgrade that would involve going all the way down to the original ground, adding good fill, tamping it down well, and then topping it off with blue stone. I think it was a difficult job, but we are very satisfied with the result which is not only beautiful but also has the appropriate drainage features. I am pleased to provide a very positive review for this company. Everyone we dealt with was professional and did their best to accomodate our rather limited access to the work site. For such a big job, very little of our existing landscaping was disturbed. We do not hesitate to recommend T.R. Builder, Inc. Maureen and Brian Hutchens

TR Construction took the original house down to its foundation and added more square footage to turn a 30 year home into a newly constructed home, adding close to 1,000 more livable square footage. The beginning to end part of the contract went very smoothly and all employees of TR Construction were very responsive throughout the entire process.
