TRE Architecture helped design a fantastic Spanish Revival Home for our family on and empty lot next to an existing Spanish Revival home that our family has owned since the 1920's in Oceanside, California. We have worked with Allan and the team @ TRE Architecture on several projects the last few years. We started working with Allan Teta in 2012 on a preliminary plan for our new home after considering a number of local architects. We have been very happy working with Allan and having his father's valued input as well. A summary of Allan's strengths: Planning and listening, had a questionnaire to help us communicate and figure out what we wanted. Always listened, I can't say this enough. A real architecture/design talent, has great ideas. Attention to detail. Has an excellent network of necessary people and companies to get the various parts of the job done, builder, engineers, suppliers, etc. Allan is a superb relationship builder and peace keeper. He also either already has or will develop good relationships with those involved in the permit and utility process. Allan, as stated before, is a great listener. His caring and respectful about his clients and everyone he works with comes through constantly and consistently. Allan had a special situation in dealing with us both because we lived many states away and were doing this work remotely and because of special physical disability considerations needed to make the construction fit our needs. Allan was up to the challenge and also helped us coordinate much of the building process because of our situation. He helped us select a builder, had a questionnaire prepared for that too. Working with Allan and the builder he helped us find are keys to success in building our new home. Allan also set up and coordinated many meetings when my husband Bill would come to town to check on the progress. Many times, Allan was our eyes and ears on the building process. Allan has been and is a great part of our team in the building of our home. My own background as a financial institution executive and Bill's as a long time manager of a fortune 500 company helped us appreciate Allan's many strengths and especially where they different from some of our own strengths. I would invite Allan to share contact info with serious potential clients.

I worked with Allan Teta on a patio renovation project. He came highly recommended from our realtor. Allan was great to work with on every level...design ideas, prompt follow up, and most importantly, he recommended a great contractor to complete the project.
