We've used Turnaround Solutions for 6 renovations, and will continue to use them. This is a fantastic family owned business. They work hard to adjust to the budgets we need, they are responsive, and they are good people. No project is too small-in spring 2019 they completed a quick turn for us on an apartment that only needed about $2000 of work. They handle much larger projects as well. In fall 2018 they fully renovated a home for us that was well over 3000 square feet, floor, paint, cabinets, appliances, this was a $70,000 job and they did great work. Thanks Turnaround!

I needed to get a full rehab of an apartment building and received dozens of quotes. Turnaround Solutions was the most professional, prompt, communicative, and competitive pricing for quality work. I was really happy with how they were always available to discuss different techniques to upgrade the units while keeping costs working budget. I hear that the company is vertically integrated and manufactures a bunch of materials which is how they are able to keep costs low. I ultimately didn’t close on the property but will use them if I do another value add multifamily deal in LA

Turnaround solutions did a excellent job with our home remodel. I was so impressed with how quickly we were able to remodel our home. From start to finish we were done in about 10 days. There customer satisfaction is impeccable. We had a slight hiccup along the way but they were determined to fix it to my liking (and I’m picky). I would definitely use turnaround solutions again and would recommend them any day.

We manage rental properties in Orange County and hired Turn Around Solutions to completely re-hab an apartment in May of 2018. They did a fairly good job - new kitchen and bath cabinets, appliances, flooring, wall heater, plumbing, lighting, etc. Here's the rub: They advertise that their work is guaranteed for one year, but getting them to honor that is almost impossible. The first thing that happened was that an under-mount kitchen sink fell out. After many phone calls to Tasso (who argued that they weren't responsible) , they finally came out two weeks later to fix it. Two weeks ago (Feb 2019) the tenant stated that the new wall heater didn't work. Up until the recent cold spell, they never even tried turning it on. We've been calling Mr. Eddie Padilla, owner, every day. He won't return phone calls or have the heater fixed. If you hire them, be aware that you probably will not get any follow-up service or warranty work. I'd rate them a "2" out of a possible "10".
