Twice the Measure: Home Renovations

Dario and his crew were efficent and reliable. Their craftmanship was superb and communication excellent. They kept us informed and up to date on the progress of our project. they offered helpful suggestions to improve and complete our project.

Twice the Measure worked on a full first floor remodel for me. Tearing down walls to make an open concept (installing large beams to achieve the look), new kitchen install, half bath remodel, hardwood floors throughout and adding a new window. It was a huge task and Dario and his team were nothing more than professional. They kept me updated on the project every step of the way and made sure that no detail was missed. Having three young kids, I appreciated that they kept the construction site clean every night before they left for the day! Thanks Dario and Twice the Measure!!! Highly recommend!

I continue to love my totally renovated bathroom after one year - all due to Twice The Measure! I might add that I live in a 'tiny home' with one bathroom! Where to begin with this challenge? Everyone who worked on the project from Dario Dobric and all of the craftspeople were courteous, respectful, kind, prompt with communications, offered suggestions when products were delayed and so much more! I was treated, truly, as family, including my three pups. Twice the Measure has continued in other smaller projects and will continue to be my go-to for any work re remodeling/renovations around my home. I would not hesitate to contact and highly recommend.

Dario and his team did a very nice job on my condo in the Fulton Market/West Loop area. The project involved renovating two bathrooms and the kitchen, a new fireplace, flooring, painting (and more!). His staff and subcontractors were great and easy to work with. He made sure everything ended up looking great, even coming to do touch ups after I moved into my new space. I’m particularly impressed by the tiling work. He was also very honest about what would and would not work and what could and could not be done. I was working with an interior designer, but he clearly also has a good eye when it comes to color/design suggestions. I would definitely use him and his team on a future project.

Dario and his crew redid out kitchen and laundry room and did an excellent job. They showed true craftsmanship and detail. Dario is a great communicator and always responds timely to text and email. His crew is very friendly and respectful. He was able to help us through the design and planning of our remodel as well. What I really appreciate about this company is that when they said something was going to be done toast week it was done. I know that is not always the case with contractors, but everything was on time and of quality work. I am really glad we hired Twice The Measure and look forward to working with them again.

We worked with EuroTile and ReModeling on a recent condo renovation in downtown Chicago. Dario and his team were a pleasure to work with - knowledgeable and highly professional. My husband and I were relocating from out of town, and I do not think we would have completed this project within our timeframe if not for Dario. Excellent communication skills and workmanship, we highly recommend if you are looking for a dependable contractor.

I attempted to conquer a tile project in my front entryway on my own after viewing one too many You Tube videos. Ha! After encountering a problem, I contacted Dario of EuroTile and explained my situation. He knew exactly the issues I was having over a phone consultation. Days later he showed up and gave me an estimate of the cost to replace the existing slate tile entryway. I hired him immediately. He and his crew are professional, clean and most importantly good at what they do. I am extremely happy with my new floor. The job ended up costing less than originally quoted. How often does that happen? 5 stars all the way!

I hired EuroTile to remodel a bathroom in my house and I am very happy with the results. They offered excellent suggestions what would types of material would look good (style of tile, vanity, sink, ect) to use and it looks great now. The gentlemen that did the work was very nice and did quality work. Their pricing is also very reasonable. I definitely recommend!

Dario has completed several projects for us including renovation of our kitchen, two baths and our attic. He is very professional in all aspects of his work. He is dependable, very responsive to all communication, and solved problems as they arose in our historic home. He was very easy to work with. I highly recommend his services.

We have worked with Dario and his team on two projects now, first a bathroom redesign and then later, an entire kitchen redesign coupled with knocking down walls and reconfiguring family room/dining room space to open up the floor plan. In addition, his team stained all of the flooring throughout the house and painted the staircases. Throughout these projects, Dario was a consummate professional, always on-time, respectful, and within budget. We have small children and I felt comfortable with him and his crew as they were exceptionally conscientious (there was never a day in 5 months of construction that I saw an unattended dust pile at the end of the day), thoughtful, and friendly. Dario allows his clients to take the lead but is always troubleshooting and attending to issues before they become problems. We recommend him highly.

If there were 6 stars i would have given EuroTile 6/5! They were terrific. I am a real estate investor who buys, renovates, and rents properties. I have worked with many contractors since we started and EuroTile is unmatched in regards to quality and timeliness. The prices were very competitive, but you cant put a price on the peice of mind Dario and his crew gives. The work he completed for me included: demo, plumbing upgrades, electrical upgrades, cosmetic finishes, a new bathroom, and a new kitchen. The jobsite during its short duration was always clean and neat which is very important to me as i am a bit of a neat freak. That is besides the point... if you have a job that needs to be done and are tired of dealing with inadequate contractors... Call Eurotile.

We had our master bathroom remodeled by EuroTile Remodeling in November 2013. Dario was vary professional and knowledgable. He arrived when he said he would be there. The work was done professionally and correctly. His workers were very polite and cleaned up after themselves every day. His prices were competitive. We are very happy with the finished product. I would hire him again.
