Vahan at Twins plumbing had done several smaller plumbing jobs for me before he tackled the enormous job of replacing the main sewer pipe coming into my house from the city's sewer system. I have a 100 year old house with very outdated plumbing so a lot of things are starting to go. The house is a rental property and I live in Canada so it was important for me to find someone local that I could trust. Fortunately a friend in NYC, who also has a rental property in LA, highly recommended Twins Plumbing. That made things easy for me and I was not disappointed. Vahan is very personable and very fair. He always explained everything to me in easy to understand terms and there were never any surprises. He guaranteed his work and best of all my renter loved him and was very pleased with the results. I can recommend Vahan at Twins Plumbing without reservation for any plumbing job, big or small. He is an expert and extremely trustworthy which was especially important for me.

Prompt, thorough and sensitive to my budget. I've received very good service from Twins Plumbing. Vahan, the owner, replaced several aged pipes in my older home for my first job. He was always on time, communicated very well and promptly. He did the best cleanup of any of the contractors or workmen I've hired, ever. He was also very thorough in his explanations - he genuinely wanted me to understand what he was doing. I had him back, to install a tankless water heater, then again to clear a sewer blockage. I would happily hire him again.

I can't recommend Vahan enough. We had a very tricky washer/dryer installation project that several plumbers were simply unable to solve. Turns out, Vahan was the solution! He's incredibly knowledgable. From the very first moment he diagnosed the issues, I felt in capable hands. He worked quickly and diligently, and the project sailed through permit/inspection process. Vahan is also an amazingly tidy worker. He did extensive repairs and had to size and cut pieces of pipe and wood to fit. When he was finished, the space was perfectly clean. If you are looking for an experienced, pleasant, skilled plumber, Vahan is your man.
