Water By Design

We have used WBD for numerous projects over the last 6 years. They have great design ideas and their execution is second to none. There is no 'it's good enough' with these guys, only the best they can possibly make it. The project mentioned in this review was a front and a back water feature on the same project. The complete landscape was just under $800,000, and the dual water features were both the front and backyard focal points. Kevin & Grant's team absolutely kills it every time they have worked for us. 100% Recommendation for any indoor or outdoor water features.

Kevin, Grant, and crew did an excellent job in installing a beautiful pond-less waterfall on our property. This was after a substantial change in design that worked within the initial site layout that had specified a bubbler boulder. Kevin was highly responsive to our ideas and offered many good ones of his own as we refined the plan. Their work on site was trouble-free, safe, and tidy. The final product turned out better than we anticipated. Water By Design was also great in replacing a couple of defective lights which were under warrantee and very patient in answering our maintenance questions. Kevin and his team did an amazing job on our water feature. He worked patiently with us, offering several different scenarios which helped us decide what we wanted as a final outcome. We were able to visit other projects that they had done and speak with the owners. Everyone we met spoke very highly of the workmanship, construction and the final product. Kevin and his crew are a tight knit group, and an amazingly hard working bunch considering how physically demand an install like this is, who collaborated well with each other during the construction, bouncing ideas and suggestions off each other and coming to a consensus on the best way to proceed during each stage. They kept us informed throughout the entire process, and showed up when they said they would, no easy feat when the weather was constantly posing challenges to any outdoor work. All in all, a great job, very happy with the end result.

Kevin rebuilt our water feature which we thought was completed originally by a professional only to find out that is constantly leaked and the components were meant for an indoor water feature.... Reconstructed a poorly designed leaking waterfall for a client. Worked within difficult time frame and in a built up landscape making access difficult. The end result was excellent, but the true magic was with what couldn't be seen in the prep and products unseen.
