Avalon Cabinetry

As a designer, I appreciate the quality and attention to detail that Avalon has put into their product. The functionality and the installation process is in a league of their own in the market. Their showroom is a must see and the tour of how cabinets are made is a recommended.

If you have any intention of receiving a level of service equal to the price you pay for these cabinets, do not waste your time. Todd Jenkins was our sales rep and we have been let down repeatedly by him. Our order was not entered until after New Years even though we met before Christmas and were promised a quote and order within the week. The slides for our pantry were never included in our order even though it was stressed how much we wanted them. After install (in February) slides were delivered mid April that did not fit the custom cabinets that they built! July 2nd a rep was supposed to come out to install new slides and no one showed up or called us to let us know why. We had to find out Monday when we called. Honestly there are 5-7 other complaints I have regarding wrong paint color, erroneous charges, delayed refunds, etc but I don’t want my review to be skipped for being too long. TL:DR Do not waste your money. There are plenty of quality cabinet shops in Colorado.

As a professional I recommend Avalon because of their innovative cabinet construction along with being a local company. In addition, I have also purchased Avalon Truframe cabinets for my own home. I love the fact that they are locally made, quick production turn around, their own employees deliver the cabinets and their design team are GREAT to work with. Avalon offers the latest trends in colors and finishes. YES I will use them again for other projects around my home...next are two bathrooms and laundry room!
