I had an excellent experience with Auxe. Booking was simple and communication was clear from start to finish. The technician arrived downtown Toronto on time, was professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He took the time to explain everything and made sure the setup was exactly how I wanted. Extremely disappointed with this company on many levels. 1. Person showed up very late. 2. The person showed up wearing sandals and proceeded to walk around barefoot stepping on top of the tv mounting kit that he had strewn across my livingroom carpet when he was trying to figure out how to put it together. 3. He had never installed a tv mount into a concrete condo wall and therefore did not have the proper equipment or knowledge. 4. He left for an hour to go to home depot to buy a drill and a bit because he drove from Etobicoke and wanted to get paid. 5. He never read any of the instructions and didn't have any reading glasses. 6. He installed the mount a foot higher than it should have been and then said, " oh, how did that happen" 7. He spent 3 hrs doing the install and still got it wrong and I now had 4 concrete holes in a new condo wall that I had spent an entire day wallpapering. 8. At the end, he asked to use the washroom and didn't bother to close the door. 9. I paid this person because I felt like I had no choice. They were in my home and expected to be paid. I contacted the company immediately and expressed how disappointed I was. They offered to send someone else a week later to fix it but after some consideration, I decided against it as I had 0 trust in their ability. I would never hire them again. What a horrible experience.

Great booking, Great service, install was quick and painless. Tech was amazing and installed the tv exactly where I wanted it with no mess.

Needed TV over the fireplace with a pull down mount. I had no idea of service cost but at the end, results were there. They organized electrician first to do electrical. Technicians followed an hour later. Their customer service was accurate with the quote and I even talked to head technician about my install. That gave me all the confidence I needed. Very happy with the result.

Booking was super easy and Auxe technician came the same day. Quote was exact same as the online booking form, but I added a few services. 5 stars all around and thanks to my technician Michael

Knowledgeable technicians, friendly and communicative customer service team, and fast/affordable work backed by insurance. They also take all forms of payment which is nice - there is absolutely no pressure to pay with cash as is so common with other service companies. Awesome experience dealing with Auxe and I highly recommend!

Internal issues and poor communication would not recommend to work here as you are not compensated properly for the work effort you put into it.
