I would not recommend them, they say they warranty the work but then try to charge you to fix things that are preventable. Terrible communication and left unanswered for months with several attempts to contact them.

In 2021, I had the pleasure of hiring K&R on two different projects for our new home; a substantial interior update and the design and construction of a covered outdoor patio space. Better known to us as Scott, Sharon, Wes and Jake, the visionaries and muscle behind the brand, K&R, they are more than contractors, they are friends and confidants. A relationship that was cultivated through the collective efforts on the projects, a collaboration where they led with expertise and know-how and followed with respect and interest for what we wanted and requested. I can simply say that if you are researching contractors in this area, I can spare one from additional investigation. Put your faith, time and money into K&R's hands. You will not regret it. I can’t say where we would have wound up had we enlisted another, but it’s tough to imagine anything could have been better. Minor adversities (e.g., weather, supply shortages, sub-contractor scheduling, etc.) were handled with swift and practiced response, redirection if necessary or quick reversion back on course and on budget. Speaking of budget specifically, they kept to it. My two main concerns for home projects, (i) timing and (ii) budget, as I assume all would have at the top of their lists. Timing was understood/communicated and followed within reasonable control, and budget was held as originally scoped. Any add-ons were at our election after clear and complete information was provided on additions to scope and costs. The K&R team had keen interest and effort on our project for the many commercial reasons that one would expect. However, it was the other intangibles that made them special to us, their attention to us as people and understanding where we may have felt urgency, worry and better so, the joy of milestones and ultimate completion. I don’t think there was a time during the process that it took the K&R team more than half-a-day to get back to us if they missed a call or received an email. We hold K&R, and our friends Scott, Sharon, Wes and Jake, up against any with the utmost confidence, and I welcome the chance to further tout their good merits.

K&R did created our outdoor living area last February and could not be happier with the quality of work. We are very pleased and could not be happier. I highly recommend.

The entire team at K&R Construction exemplify excellent customer service. Our project was completed on time, on budget, and with great follow-up. Scott listened to our ideas and made them come to life...we wanted something different and K&R delivered. I always recommend K&R to my friends and neighbors when they're looking for a dependable contractor.
