We've had an exceptional experience with Wade Home Remodeling. As first-time homeowners, the investment in turning our third floor into a livable space was daunting yet necessary. We felt supported every step of the way with both Patrick's guidance and experience, as well as Nicole's keen eye for detail when it came to the finishing design touches. The Wade Home team was communicative, reliable, and trustworthy—staying within timeframes, never over-promising, and keeping us down-to-earth on realistic timeframes (while still completing ahead of schedule). Patrick's team, connections with other tradespeople, and knowledge of permits was especially note-worthy as it takes a village to make a large project like this come to life. We truly can't recommend the Wade Home team enough and should we have future projects, we know who to call.

We worked with Patrick and his team to build out a butler's pantry in a pass through area between our kitchen and office space and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out! We moved into a new construction home and had the builder leave that space empty as we knew we wanted to do something more custom there and Wade Home Remodeling did a great job creating the space into what we envisioned. They also added a sliding modern barn door between the butler's area and the office space to allow for more privacy when my husband is on work calls. They also suggested that we used a countertop that was a remnant so we could get a better price on a more unique piece. Overall loved how everything turned out and would highly recommend them for smaller projects like this or larger ones like a ktichen or bath remodel.

Gary and I want to thank Wade Home Remodeling LLC for the incredible work they have done at our home. The first job Patrick Wade did for us was wainscoting in a large entryway and power room along with new chandeliers in entryway. The work was so beautiful, attention to detail and exquisite workmanship that we continued on. They were so fabulous to work with and we had them design and build a large wet bar in our basement. The wet bar is stunning and and we were so impressed with the detail and product selections and craftsmanship. We had them continue to gutting our master bathroom. Again, the selection of products and design went above and beyond. It was so easy to work with Patrick and his crew, I trusted them in every part of the house and felt extremely at ease. Courteous, trustworthy and every step of the way, the job sites were always clean and organized. This is how much we appreciate their work, we had them build custom cabinets in our living room, gut our laundry room, remove carpet in our upstairs lading and put in hard wood. They also gutted our basement bathroom and wow, a showstopper. Every aspect involving thee remodeling and renovations were seamless. Patrick and his wife Nicole, who is exceptional at design, checked every box in excellence. They exceeded every expectation and we would only hire them for any renovation or remodeling. In 2024 we successfully engaged Wade Home Remodeling for multiple improvement projects. Initially, they gutted and completely transformed our primary bathroom with a glass walk-in shower, all new cabinets, lighting, mirrors and tile flooring. It now looks and feels like a high end hotel spa. The second phase of the project began with taking our kitchen down to the studs. They opened the room up by replacing two support columns on the countertop with a recessed ceiling beam. New countertops, cabinets, lighting and state of the art appliances completed the transformation into my wife’s dream kitchen. All new hardwood floors throughout the house, a remodeled powder room, butler’s pantry and mudroom stunned our holiday guests this year. We couldn’t be happier!

I have used Wade Home Remodeling for several projects. They added wainscoting, installed hardwood flooring, reconfigured my third floor entry way to make it safer, redesigned my laundry room to make it beautiful and functional, upgraded my builder grade built in/fireplace to a custom built masterpiece. Their team was amazing to work with. From the design phase to completion the professionalism was outstanding. Everyone who came into my home was respectful and treated it as their own.
