Gord at Renovating Regina provided very professional construction work, had a courteous mannerism, was flexible in changing plans for difficult spaces, was prompt with scheduled appointments, and had very good communication. Very pleased with the finished renovation.

Obviously GORDON DAYMAN GETS 10 STARS!! Gordon built this gorgeous, modern minimalistic deck for us!! The deck was built to my specifications and did not require any work arounds with beautiful craftsmanship. It is so solid that when we had 25 family guests on TG that deck didn’t even quiver! We definitely recommend Gord! We were very impressed by his skilled craftsmanship in many areas as well as how easy he was to work with, he made great suggestions and got the job done in good time and great price. Internal renovations and a new deck. I think that the value he brings in experience for the price is unbeatable. Will be calling on him again!

Replaced my crumbling front steps with synthetic decking and created not only steps and a landing up to my front door and incorporated a small ground level deck into it .. exactly as I had requested.. and very quickly . An awesome job!

Gord did a small job for us reinforcing a wall and installing a new heavy duty handrail. Gord is knowledgable in his craft and has reasonsble prices. We had trouble finding someone willing to do a small job, but that wasn't a problem for him. He was able to fit our one day project into his schedule and came in on time and on budget.

We hired Gord Dayman of Renovating Regina to straighten out and level some 40 feet of sidewalk blocks that had heaved over time and were not really very straightly lined up. He was doing some work for our neighbour and when I asked him if he did this kind of work he said yes. It turns out we made a good choice. The sidewalk turned out perfect and we found that Gord is reliable, meticulous and efficient and would not do anything less than a perfect job. The guys renovated a lower level bathroom from scratch - tore out everything including drywall. One wall was moved to install a 5’ shower instead of the smaller old one that was there. Vinyl flooring, new wall over the concrete foundation (4 level split house) and new vanity, towel cupboard and towel racks. Could not be happier with how it turned out!

Gord and Jacques built a 300 sq ft, 2 tier deck in my backyard. Great workmanship, attention to detail and very good pricing. They were able to adjust things very well as my yard slopes pretty bad in one spot. Highly recommend them!
