This customer bought a condo that was very dated. It was up to us to gut the place and renovate top to bottom. We even removed several walls (non load bearing) to open the entrance up, and provide more room to the kitchen. This project also required us to remove the existing fireplace, and repair the area, adding badly needed space in the living room.
