We hired Javier Salazar's Payless Landscape & Irrigation when we lost our regular gardener during the pandemic. Since then he has done regular yard maintenance and has completed two major long-term projects. He replaced the decaying wooden retaining wall in our back yard, grading the yard level as he did. He also replaced and repaired much of our drip irrigation system. He did all this work for us quite promptly, at a reasonable price, and did it all well. I recommend his services without reservation.

Payless Landscape team did an excellent job. They have installed turf in the most recent project. It was quite a big job to remove old grass and take out sprinklers. Very satisfied. The very last thing they did was take scissors and trim the edge of turf. They made sure it was perfect. I highly recommend Payless Landscape. Will be using them for all my landscape needs. They are five stars!!!!!!
