Unique Remodeling Services

It's unfortunate that I have to write this, but after my experience with Mitchell I cannot recommend his services. I posted looking for someone to replace a small vanity sink and install a water filter in my kitchen. The post was very detailed with instructions of what would be involved (dealing with waterlines, cutting through my marble countertop, etc). He reached out saying he had all the tools required, specialized in kitchen/bath renovations and felt confident handling the small plumbing that would be required. Unfortunately... -- He arrived over an hour late on the first day -- Was over 3 hours late the second day -- Was not communicative -- Tried to charge me extra for a special bit to cut through my countertop, which he said was not listed in the posting -- but I showed him I had clearly listed it twice -- And the vanity he installed leaked (I had to have a plumber come fix it) I ended up telling him not to come back the second day. I do not recommend his services.

Mitchell and his team of professionals came out and did a wonderful job painting the outside of my house and then once they finish that they did such a great job I went ahead and had them I paint my inside the garage and a couple of the bedrooms in my house they did a wonderful job and they were very professional, thank you.
