My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Pride Construction has managed several projects for us. Most recently two bathroom remodels, hardwood floors, new doors and new carpeting. Last summer they managed adding two patios with a built in fire pit, grill area, pergola and irrigation system. Several years ago they remodeled our main floor by removing a wall, updating our kitchen, adding French doors and creating an open floor plan. All of these improvements were handled with professionalism and the quality of work and attention to detail were impeccable. We have been extremely pleased with their work, especially our PM Rachell, from meeting deadlines, staying within the budget and making sure we were satisfied every step of the way.

Pride Construction completed a driveway and sidewalk at my house about 2 and a half years ago. About a year or so later, the concrete started flaking away in multiple spots and started cracking in many spots. I contacted them numerous times. They came out once to look at it, but from the start blamed it on the chemicals the snowplows put on the streets for de-icing. I find that very hard to believe when the roads themselves don't flake off like my driveway. Not to mention, I have 2 neighbors who replaced their driveways within the last 5 years and they have zero flaking and minimal cracking. The fact I spent over $10,000 for this driveway and Pride Construction doesn't care at all that after just over a year it looks like crap is a true testament to their character, or lack thereof. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They don't care about happy customers in the slightest. I had other cheaper quotes and felt you get what you pay for and decided Pride would be the best. I was so wrong. Very disappointing.
