MY MOTIVATION I love landscapes. They inspire me. The chance to help something not just grow, but thrive, is what I've dedicated my life to. MY EXPERIENCE My name is Derek Martindale and I'm a professional landscaper. I have a degree in Landscape and Business Management from BYU and have spent the last 15 years working at the largest landscaping firms creating and maintaining some of the most marquee properties in the country. From five-star resorts like the Montage, Ritz Carlton and St Regis in Laguna California to the pristine campuses of Amazon, Facebook, Adobe, eBay and Oracle to mega developments like Daybreak, Saratoga Springs and Station Park in Utah. I've had the opportunity to manage truly spectacular properties and build relationships with amazing people. WHY I STARTED THRIVE I started Thrive to bring professional grade landscaping to your home. I'm focusing all my experience to help your property reach its full potential. Thrive Landscape Services, is a World Class Landscaping company, in every respect! I have never dealt with a more professional, and honest company, in my entire life! Thrive completed my Landscaping Job, quickly, and under budget. Drew, and Lynn, are just a few of the Landscaping Experts, that truly impressed me! One Landscaping Company wanted to charge me 50% more, than the estimate, I received from Thrive! If you want to deal with any other Landscaping Company than Thrive, you are making a serious mistake, that you will soon regret! In my opinion, honesty, quality, trust, and World Class Landscaping results, mean something! Thrive Landscape Services possess all of these attributes! Hired Thrive to redo/replace landscape. New sod, new flower bed cover, and some new trees and shrubs. Work began on schedule. Had several team members working every day to tear out old material and plant new. Finished on schedule and on budget. Derek was professional knew what needed to be done. Easy to talk to and explained things in detail. Yard went from a little less than average to stellar. We have gotten comments from several neighbors that our yard is the best looking in the neighborhood. Would highly recommend Thrive to others.

I have been using Thrive for 2 years now. It seems like nowadays, nobody answers the phone when you call and they then never take the time to call you back. I have never had this problem with Derek and Thrive. He always promptly deals with any questions or concerns I have and is by far the most reliable landscaper I have used. There are a lot of startup landscapers out there that are really just guys that have bought mowers, edgers and a trailer and have decided to start cutting grass. Derek actually has a background and education in the field, so when I ask him questions, he can reliably give me the information I am looking for. You won't regret using Thrive, I have been very happy with the services provided.
