They Have Worst Cabinet Finish. The finish is uneven and looks different on each cabinet. The white cabinets also look so dull. These are the brand new cabinets we received from WF.

Ordered August 2023, not installed until December 2023. I usually only give positive reviews because I prefer to settle issues with businesses directly as compromises can usually be reached. However, this manufacturer not only produces poor quality but they do not stand behind their work. Do not be fooled by their warranty as we were as it is “at their discretion.” The hand-wiped glazing is horrible and does not match what’s pictured on their site. The drawers themselves are the worst craftmanship and we’ve had to “reglue” where the bottom edges of the dovetails just came off. Many of the glide attachments do not hold. On our prior home we ordered cabinets from Lowe’s and they were far, far better quality.

Horrible quality. Customer service is nonexistent. Cabinets do not hold up, hardware is not good and feels wobbly when I shut the doors. I have a warped drawer that won’t close correctly on my island. Even the little clear dots that act as a cushion on the interior of the doors started to deteriorate and discolor the wood like acid eating away at it. Had to take all those off and replace them to prevent further damage to the cheap finish. Wish I could gut it and start all over with another cabinet company.

Kitchen cabinets are inferior quality and overpriced. Paid $32k on January 25th and it is now June 3rd and I still do not have cabinets that are good. I paid extra for painted white and blue cabinets and the paint is chipped, peeling, bubbled, and unfinished on the inside of the doors. Horrible company with no quality control and no customer service. This has been the worst experience of my life and I have renovated three kitchens successfully. Ikea is better quality than this. Stay away from this company.

My kitchen contractor recommended Wellborn Forest, touting "quality". The major problem we had was defective glides for the pantry system and pullout drawers. The factory did finally replace those, but I was charged/credited for an "upgrade" by my contractor, and told that the glides were only replaced "because I lobbied hard for you with the Customer Service Manager". I paid for a new kitchen, and nobody should need to lobby hard to get defective cabinets and/or hardware replaced. Other problems, as yet unresolved, include varying door sizes, side by side, unfinished bottoms (the literature promised finished), gouges, holes, damage. Also, the drawer slides are not very good - you have to push them almost closed to get them to work, and then they often close askew, and you have to manually close them anyway to get them straight. Factory rep. has visited once, and got the pantry system ordered and some new doors. The pantry system has since been delivered and installed, and 3 of the doors. One was never delivered, and one was as bad as the one it was to replace. We still do not have doors of the same length across the span of the uppers and not a peep from either the factory rep. or our dealer since. Amazing brand with a high quality product all made in the USA. Great service and have never let us down or our customers. Their Americana line is a great addition to their main product line at a great value.
