Wendi assisted us with a remote design project for our new townhouse. She did an excellent job and was very approachable, communicative, had a great eye, and excellent ideas! Wendi listened closely to the ideas we had in mind and researched and sent many ideas our way as to design, color, aesthetics, etc! Her contracting team did a very good job and scheduling was easy and seemed to happen quickly and work seemlessly. We worked together on a fireplace and wall redesign, lighting, window treatments throughout the entire home, seating options, bedding, etc. Wendi is very good at what she does, give her a try...you won't be disappointed!

Wendi is a very talented and creative designer. She walked us through each phase of the design, arranged vendors and insured we were keep up to date . In particular, Wendi was able to feel us out in terms of our color palette as well as style. We had just purchased a new build and the empty canvas is now filled with color, light and finishing touches. We are very happy with the outcome and will be happy in our home for many years. Wendi and her subcontractors did a comprehensive remodel of our bathroom, making it much more attractive and rearranging the components so as to give it a much more spacious feel. I appreciated her guidance during the planning phase, in which she suggested just the right number of options, so that the offered choices were appropriate but the number of choices was not overwhelming. The subcontractors she worked with were competent and professional and produced high quality work according to the schedule Wendi projected. Wendi came by frequently to review the work's progress and quality. Choosing Wendi and her company to perform our bathroom renovation was a very good choice.

Wendi helped me redo two bathrooms. She really listened to what I needed and the things I liked. She provided great ideas, stopped by with samples, and helped me envision what the rooms would look like when done. Once the painting was done, I decided I didn't want the color in one of the bathrooms, and it was repainted the next day with no issues. Her team were easy to work with, cleaned up after themselves, and hauled away all trash and everything removed.

Wendi was a pleasure to work with. She had lots of ideas. She was easy to work with whether we agreed on a color or an item right away or needed to go back and forth to get to a perfect plan. In Spring 2022 I started my search for a partner to guide me through an extensive house remodel. I wanted to update our 1976 home's interior to be something we would love for many years to come. We worked together for over a year, planning and making decisions through each step of the process. Wendi was a true partner is every way. Her expertise and dedication to her client's needs were evident from the first to the last interaction. Wendi Hill exploded into my life with energy, willingness, and a keen design sense in response to my request for remodel bids on Houzz. I own a small, older home which needed upgrading desperately. I had a relatively small budget, so Wendi went to work drafting a plan for a complete master bath tear down and remodel, along with removal of existing flooring and a combination of wood and carpet flooring install. She presented me with designs and listened to my suggestions. She stayed within my budget and finished within the timeframe she quoted. Her subcontractors are talented, dedicated and masters of their trades. I love my new bathroom and all new floors and am so thankful that I found Wendi and Unique By Wendi Designs through Houzz. Although I have told her that I have to build my remodel fund back up before we can work together again, she can rest assured that she is the one I will contact when that time comes!

Wendi was a wonderful partner to help us reimagine our new home. She is incredibly responsive, hands-on, had great instincts, and took so much of the stress out of the entire process for us. For background, we needed to completely furnish a larger new home and wanted it to look great but were completely overwhelmed with the idea of doing it ourselves. We met with multiple different designers and were most impressed with Wendi; she was the most prepared and immediately had multiple ideas that made a lot of sense and that we would not have thought of ourselves. Throughout the process, Wendi was very responsive and would come over to our house on very short notice to show us options or to talk through a new idea we had. She always had several options across different price ranges and always had a good perspective on what would work. By the end, we generally just trusted what she thought. I can think of several ideas and special touches that we would not have thought to do ourselves that are now some of our favorite details about our home. It is those ideas - like rethinking our lighting, taking out a unnecessary cabinet, getting a funky cool chandelier or putting a carpet in a non-obvious place - that take an interior design from good to great and that the normal person is just not going to see. We also had several times where she connected us to high-quality contractors who could help us with small projects on relatively short notice. Aside from that saving time and stress, these contractors wanted to do a good job for her and were very responsive to our needs. It made us confident to go after some special touches that I just don't think we would have done on our own and these are now some of the favorite things about our house. Overall, she put a lot of energy and emotion into our project and we are very pleased with how it turned out.

Wendi was wonderful to work with. She was filled with ideas and creative solutions. She was also highly responsive and kept me updated on timelines and was able to contract with contractors during a time of labor shortages due to covid.

Wendi did a wonderful job for us! Her choice of paint colors, rugs, fixtures, and accents updated our home beautifully. She coordinated all the subcontractors for us, and all did a wonderful job. Wendi checked in often with their work and made sure they completed the work well, including so many wonderful little details we would never have thought of, but so appreciate now. We can't recommend her enough!
