Building our own home is something we had dreamed about but seemed too daunting to accomplish. When we saw Westbury’s practical but incredibly beautiful show home, we knew Ben and Jenn were the right fit for us. We wanted a family home with excellent craftsmanship and usability. Throughout the whole process, they were upfront, proactive and professional. The level of work and finished result exceeded our expectations and we continually come across details in our home that just make sense, far beyond the scope of our overall house plan. When working with Ben and Jenn on our build they proved to be honest, reliable,dedicated and hard working. From the beginning stages to the end of the build, and beyond,building with Westbury Homes was a positive experience! Ben was always there to answer questions and take care of anything that arose. Everything was done just as they said it would be....he was able to stick to his schedule as much as possible....if unforeseen issues arose he was able to quickly respond and rectify! We have been fortunate to have worked with Westbury homes on a total of 2 home builds to date and are in the preliminary stages of planning our third build with them. Andrew observed Ben on a day-to-day basis and found him to be reliable, dependable, trustworthy, and honest. Ben is easy-going, but very professional and ensured that he put our needs as customers first. He is pro-active, rather than reactive in his approach, which we appreciated because he addressed any potential concerns that we may have had before they became real concerns.
