We hired Ampersand to draw up plans to remodel our kitchen, mudroom, bar area and fireplace. After they cancelled multiple appointments, the owner finally showed up and seemed great to work with. We gave her a deposit of $4750 on a total invoice of $6750. The first step in the process was to have everything professionally measured by one of her staff. The morning of the appointment, we were contacted by her measuring person who told us that she was instructed not to perform any more jobs (no more billable hours) for Ampersand. She did not know why but had been given those instructions by Ampersand's accountant. My wife then tried desperately to get in touch with anyone/everyone from the company to find out what was going on but we have yet to receive back a phone call, text or email. It has become apparent that the owner knowingly took our money with no intention of completing the work. We have been defrauded by this company and the owner specifically.

Pam did a great job for me and for my clients. I hired her to help with designing and selecting colors, flooring, fixtures and counter tops for 2 spec homes in Chandler. Both homes turned out better than I had envisioned. She exceeded my expectations and was very fare with her pricing. It was no surprise that the homes sold quickly and at full asking price.

Pam and the team at Ampersand have consistently delivered exceptional design results for me over the past couple years; what was to be a bedroom design has know transpired into almost the entire house and I couldn't be happier. Ampersand has also challenged me; stuck in my old design styles, I was encouraged to try a new design and theme; hesitant and stubborn I trusted their advice and so glad I did. I hired Pamela Cole and her company Ampersand in 2015. Pamela was able to design a beautiful master bathroom that met all of my families needs. Not only is this bathroom a show stopper, it has storage, personalization and all the finishing touches that make it ours. As a busy professional I wanted an interior designer that could not only re-design my Kitchen and Master Bathroom, but also manage the project when I was away at work. I had guests coming into town so the timeline was tight but Pamela and her team pulled it off. Living in the land of cactuses, I wanted a coastal, breezy feel but without any of the typical seashells. The end result is just that: fresh and light-- what a nice change from the heavy Tuscan decor that it replaced!

We were at the point of “Love It or List It” with our home. We couldn’t get past the slate flooring, dark cherry cabinets, and salmon-colored granite. We interviewed numerous designers but selected Pamela Cole and the Ampersand Design Group. They completely reinvented all of our main spaces so that they work for the way our family lives! We have used them for 2 projects now. Their design and customer service skills are exceptional.

Ampersand Design Group is known for their vision, high quality and exceptional service. I love that Pam can easily see her clients style and vision. She is prompt at resolving issues and keeps deadlines. Most importantly, she stays within the budget. After moving into our custom home I didn't know what to do with our gameroom. Pam added a built-in window seat that is now my favorite place to seat and read. I would have never thought to add a window seat! She divided the room into designated zones which made the room more useful. I have already recommended Ampersand Design to two other friends who have used her design services for their kitchen remodels. I would highly recommend them again!

She has a construction background so she can communicate extremely well with your General Contractor, but is also a design visionary who can create the aesthetic that you want to evoke in your home. We have never used a Designer before......we either felt they were too expensive, or too grandiose.. We are utilizing Pamela and her design staff for our Master Bathroom/Bedroom Renovation. We loved the initial design concepts and can't wait to see the end result!

We've been dreaming for years about renovating our Master Bathroom and when the time came, we chose Ampersand Design Group & Studio to not only put together the design, but manage the project as well. They provided 3D renderings of our space so we could really get a feel for what the end result would be. We loved their creative approach to our dated and tired space. From start to finish, their design team was professional, attentive, and thorough. All of the contractors that were provided were very professional. Ampersand's designers were on site and alway available to manage the work being done. We never felt inconvenienced at all during the process.
