My experience with Williams Painting is always exceptional. Yanize is delightful to work with because she is very professional and always puts customer service first. Walter and Eric who painted the house are absolutely wonderful. They are on time, very professional, and skilled painters. Their work was outstanding, and they left my house impeccably clean. I'm very pleased with the all the exterior work done by Williams Professional Painting for my condo community. When I bought my condo, in 2015, it was prior to the painting being done. While I loved my place, the exterior looked pretty bad, but I was told by the property managers that it would be painted, including the railings and decks. It came out so nice. The painters, in particular JB, explained what would be done, the timeline and after my deck was painted, he put everything back the way it way. It looks great! Prior to the painting I didn't want friends coming over. Now it I'm proud the way it looks. I would highly recommend this company.

Estimate was immediate, flexibility to change was terrific, pricing was competitive, service was timely. What I liked most about the Company was the staff. From the office staff to the delivery staff, all were very professional and went out of their way to accommodate us. This is a small company that truly has their act together.

This was a great experience- Rick oversaw the project from the beginning and was responsive, considerate, and honest, while JB, Lucius, and Jamie were here every day and were really excellent. They were courteous, efficient, and kind! I work from home so we saw a lot of each other. Our project consisted of fairly serious construction, as well as painting and finishing, and we are thrilled with the results. Working on the aesthetics with Lisa was a joy too, she was very thoughtful and creative. We are really very pleased with all aspects of this project, and will be using this company again in the future as needed.

They followed up with me immediately after receiving my online inquiry for re-painting of our DC row house and sent a foreman to complete an estimate within a few days. The pricing was absolutely within our budget and the final price did not vary from what was expected. The Williams team navigated us through a complex permit process (DC's requirement) which made the process even easier for us. Their work team was prompt, clean, and professional at all times. Our house looks like new!

I hired Williams to paint the interior of my house several years ago. There quote was much higher than the others; however, they came back to fix areas that were not done to satisfaction and they kept great records of the paint colors I used. That came in handy when I called several months ago wanting to touch up some areas.

When I purchased my new condo in May 2013, I selected this painting company from the three companies that provided an estimate to paint my entire one bedroom condo. From the beginning, their staff was very professional. The painters did an excellent job in prepping my walls, painting, and cleaning up each day during the job. Prior to the start of the project, I went to their showroom off Duke Street in Alexandria; and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful in assisting me in selecting my paint colors for my home. I could have chosen the lowest estimate to save money, but I chose Williams Professional Painting because of their professionalism and knowledge. I've had other jobs recently performed at my home, such as lighting, plumbing and flooring; and the painting job is the only one that I would consider giving a high review. I am extremely happy with the paint job and would definitely recommend Williams Professional Painting.

Williams Professional Painting's customer service can't be beat! They are always willing to go the extra mile for their clients. The work is done well and on time. They also offer more services than painting such as carpentry so you don't have to find a separate contractor. I highly recommend them!

Very professional and courteous. Did a complete job. In addition to painting and leaving minimal mess they added a stone/glass designed backsplash in the kitchen and a matching stone facade around the fireplace. I am very pleased with the work they did for me and have recommended them to others.
