Would not work with this firm. Never returned my calls or texts after initial consultation. Came to my house and never followed up despite multiple attempts by me to reach him. Waste of time.

I am an interior Designer who is fortunate to have worked on many kitchen and bath designs with Taylor, Emily and Paul at WS Designs. They are skilled at designing cabinetry, but they are also very creative in coming up wth solutions in difficult to design spaces. They carry different cabinet lines at different price points which means they can help me with all of my clients, no matter what their budget. I am obsessed with their custom cabinet line called Ayr and use it for my designs whenever my clients budget allows- it is not only unsurpassed in quality, but fairly priced. I highly recommend WS Designs.

There design team does an excellent job of seeing the clients vision and using that to incorporate a functional design for any taste. With a showroom that showcases many options from stock cabinetry to full custom, including countertop, backsplash, and hardware. The customer can actually touch the products and see the quality. My builder recommended WS Design and it has been a wonderful experience. I have been working with Paul and Emily who have made my kitchen remodel an enjoyable project. They worked with me to achieve exactly what I wanted within my budget. Also a couple things that needed to be changed or adjusted were done immediately. I was very excited to work with this firm, but apparently the feeling wasn't mutual. After an initial consultation at my home, they promised to contact me during the first week in January so that we could arrange a time for me to review their proposed design, and to explore their showroom. I left a message with the firm during the second week in January, but they didn't return my call. While I imagine that they desire to be selective, it would have been better for them to be forthright than to just simply blow me off.

Beginning with my initial visit, to completion of the project, I must say that Paul and his staff were amazing. I always had my questions and concerns answered promptly. Taylor, who helped me with layout and design, took the time to find out my wants and needs. I knew early on that she has a great sense of style and that her suggestions would work in my space. I thank them for their help and professionalism. I love my new kitchen!

We found W.S. Design at our local House and Home show in Toledo, Ohio while searching for help in designing our new kitchen. We had interviewed one other company but ultimately decided on W.S. Design. W.S. Design (a.k.a. Solutions) completely transformed our 1955 kitchen space from dumpy and inefficient to fabulous and efficient. We now have quality cabinets, appliances and fixtures not available at the big box home stores. Our Zephyr hood and Bertazzoni oven and cooktop are not only beautiful but very functional! W.S. worked with our contractor to ensure efficient deliveries of materials throughout the project. Any minor problems were addressed and solved. They did all they could to expedite the project! In this day and age of inferior products and workers, it was truly refreshing to find a company that has knowledge and integrity! We would hire them again!
