Zen Windows Columbus, OH

Not happy about my Zen Windows installation. It was done in a timely manner, but water has been coming in. They came by and said it was humidity. I followed their instructions on reducing humidity, my upstairs is at 40% humidity and still water is seeping in from under the window. This is ideally not a great situation. Mold is growing on the caulk as well. Going to have to look for a different company to help fix or figure out the issue.

We had all our windows replaced by Zen windows. It was the most easiest company to work with. Dan was wonderful and the installation was done in a timely manner by Bruce and his crew. They were very professional and kind. The windows were of high quality. Everyone I had contact with were great. I definitely recommend Zen Windows

I had one window replaced. I ordered the triple pane lotus. I am extremely happy with my window. The customer service was excellent. They keep you informed every step along the way. They really stand behind their customer first guarantee. I will definitely order from them again when I need more windows.

Zen Windows replaced 4 windows in a 1956 home, replacing the original windows. Three windows were built as a single unit, spanning in width over 105 inches. The windows look great and the entire process from initial contact to follow-up after the installation was great. The finish work with the trim was very professional, which I had been worried how things would go with an older home. The price was very good. I will definitely recommend Zen Windows to anybody I know that is looking to replace their windows.

Did what they said they'd do, when they said they'd do it. I was given an estimate promptly, was notified when the windows were ready to install, & they showed up on the appointed date & completed the job. They caulked the windows & cleaned up after themselves when they were done. An excellent experience overall if you have to replace your windows.

One of the best buying experiences I could ever ask for when purchasing replacement windows. No high pressure sales, quote was on target and didn't change at any time. NO hidden extras. The work was completed beyond my expectations by two very professional installers. Direct contact with the owner and his knowledge was the best from start to finish of the project. It was excellent from the getgo. We interviewed three other installers, and had to deal with the salesman coming to our home and giving us the "shpiel" but Dan Wolt used Google technology and simply called me with information and emailed me the estimate. Easiest one ever and he never said any negative comments about competitors (unlike the other three that came to my home). Bruce came out, measured the windows exactly, ordered them and they were here on the appointed day. Very clean crew...I figured on a lot of cleanup after, but there was none! My windows and sliding glass patio door are clear, wonderful and easy to see through. In addition, with the slightly tinted low-e glass, I can stand right next to the windows on a 95 degree day and the heat does not radiate to me. And now that it is several months later, and the cold weather is upon us, it is a please to stand next to the window and not feel the cold air radiating inside my home either. I have seen an substantial change in my both my gas heating bill and my electric bills. Thank you Dan!!!

Zen Windows replaced 15 windows and 1 sliding patio door in our house, and the experience could not have gone better. Dan Wolt is personable, professional and prompt. He promises a lot and then he and his company deliver on those promises. We only needed one window replaced in the back of our house at this time, and I wasn't sure a window company would treat us well for only one window. However, Zen Windows was great! We got the same treatment someone needing a whole house full of windows would get. The price was excellent, the window is good quality, and the installation was professional with no mess. We dealt directly with the owner in ordering this window replacement, who was just a great guy. He treats every customer as "family", with respect and great service. We will not hesitate to use Zen Windows when the time comes to replace the rest of ours.

We used Zen windows to replace our windows throughout our 1950's era home in 2007. Dan was very personable and professional. His crew did a great job with measuring and installing the windows. The price was outstanding and fair and he was better than any of the competitor's prices. Everything was done in a timely manner and we were so pleased with the outcome. Zen windows will be replacing the windows in the next month in our current home (100+ year old house). We cannot wait to see the results and again were very impressed with communication and professionalism by Dan in getting us the estimate and the measuring by Bruce. Looking forward to the new windows and a new fresh look in the house! Great company!

When we needed to replace all the windows on the first floor of our New Albany home, I was intimidated by all the used car salespeople associated with the window replacement industry. I found Zen Windows in a google search and did my due diligence to discover the ability to get this project underway without a salesman, a look book and a high pressure sales pitch. The whole process with Dan Wolt from Zen Windows was conducted from my iPad to his, with emails, which are less invasive, almost instant, and far more specific with detail. Of course this approach is new and in my opinion, an improved way of doing business. But it would mean nothing if the product and service wasn't stellar. That's the best part of this review...our windows are far superior to our neighbors (who used another company) and the Zen installers were friendly, neat, and totally professional. I know our wood rot was worse than they expected once they began the job, they tackled it with gusto and did not try to up sell us after the fact. I can honestly say that the experience with Zen Windows was amazing. I rarely write reviews, and when I do, there is a reason. In this case, I wanted anyone doing their own due diligence about Zen Windows to see my comments and praises. I read many reviews before contacting Dan, and now, I am paying it forward to those who might be in a similar situation. At some point we will need to replace the second floor windows in our home. Without question, we will email Dan and let him take it from there.
