Outdoor Advantage

This company is a joke. It takes repeat calls for someone to respond, and when finally they respond they are late for a first appointment. They contract out their landscape design service; this company takes weeks to produce a design. Then Outdoor Advantage is suppose to "bid out the project". It's been 3 weeks and we have heard nothing from Zach, the owner, and now we have a $250 design and no landscape company to work with. Steer clear of Outdoor Advantage LLC.

Outdoor Advantage designed and built a stone patio area with a gas fire pit, garden pergola, and curved seating wall which has completely changed our back yard from boring to a completely relaxing and functional space. The workmanship is high quality, and the project was coordinated well from start to finish, including gorgeous landscaping to compliment the design. Everyone that worked here was professional and experienced in their field, producing a quality product!

I hired this company to install lighting at my home. They were courteous and professional. However, I had a follow meeting scheduled to adjust some lights and make sure the package purchased was sufficient for the home. They missed the scheduled appointment and I have never heard back from them. I normally don't write reviews but thought it important to let someone know that missing scheduled appointments is not acceptable.

Zach and Outdoor Advantage did an excellent job installing our outdoor lighting. They were very professional, courteous, hard-working, and installed the lights in a timely manner. After the install they tested he lights while we were there so we could see how the lights would look at night. They made adjustments based on our preferences. They are very customer service oriented and will follow up promptly with any questions or service requests. I felt their prices were very reasonable based on the quality of the product and service.

Finding a landscape design and maintenance company that is professional, knowledgeable, affordable and creative is VERY DIFFICULT!!! My wife and I know, because we considered overhauling our yard for years before choosing Outdoor Advantage. They have been nothing but terrific. They have helped us completely re-do the entire 2 acre yard in Cumming, GA. With Outdoor Advantage we've added a gigantic four level swimming pool with hot tub...., three beautiful gas fire pits and one giant natural fire pit in the woods.....we also added lots of decking and patio space, over 400 outdoor lights to illuminate the house and the trees in our back yard not to mention the pool area.....we also added a putting green, dry creek bed, etc....etc.... Outdoor Advantage helped us design everything from start to finish....they were very reasonably priced and worked exceptionally hard to finish the job on-time and on-budget. They are terrific people, very hard working and passionate about their business. I'd highly recommend the guys at Outdoor Advantage. They are a rare find!

We hired Outdoor Advantage to remodel our deck. Des and Zac are so easy to work with and always have great ideas on how to make a project even better. The double bow that was added to the decked makes it very unique. We have used them in the past to upgrade our outdoor lighting and will continue to use them in the future.
