What if anything did you decide. The staining is what I find to be the most confusing. All the articles say it is stain proof but the people at the stone store tell me that is not accurate and that the stone part is but that the resin used is not and will stain easily. Then if that is accurate I would think the percentage of stone vs resin would be significant in the stain resistance. Curious what you ended up doing and or if you found more details regarding this as I am facing the same problem.

My Cambria quartz is not white but light in shades of color. Absolutely no staining and it is almost 3 years. Maybe there is a quality difference in the quartz products.
