sellers replaced green laminate counters with granite - JUST in time to go on market. They didn't get to enjoy them for one day. Black appliances stayed although competition has stainless. I'd prefer oak cabinets be painted white to brighten place but at least there is a GREAT amount of cabinets and counter space!
