What began as a small, extremely dated kitchen in this 1929 Spanish Casa with an even tinier nook that you could hardly eat in has turned into a gorgeous stunner full of life!
We stayed true to the original style of the home and selected materials to complement and update its Spanish aesthetic. Luckily for us, our clients were on board with some color-loving ideas too! The peacock blue cabinets pair beautifully with the patterned tile and let those gorgeous accents shine! We kept the original copper hood and designed a functional kitchen with mixed metals, wire mesh cabinet detail, more counter space and room to entertain!

With its spacious size and soaring ceilings, this beautiful addition is the perfect retreat for guests with an ocean-inspired and organic aesthetic. Built from the ground up just off of the main house, it boasts black and glass French door sliders that open to the pool and outdoor lounge area for the ultimate feeling of relaxation. Inside, the shiplap and beam vaulted ceilings are light and airy while the windows provide plenty of natural light during the day and blackout window coverings for sleeping in. Floor to ceiling seagrass wallpaper adds color and depth in light ocean hues for a beautiful backdrop. The living area includes a comfy sofa that converts into another bed if needed, a gorgeous reeded console, and a Frame TV that displays artwork when not in use. A full bathroom is tucked away off the main sleeping area and living space with beautiful varied ocean green colored tiles and white oak vanity that gives their guests their own space and home away from home.

Custom-built on over six acres by a local builder, this gorgeous property is surrounded by vineyards and lake views. With a classic Mediterranean villa aesthetic, there’s a large inner courtyard and fireplace (with a gorgeous olive tree!) along with a beautiful backyard with multiple seating areas, firepits, pool/spa, and outdoor kitchen and dining. The spacious interior includes custom furniture throughout which allows for plenty of seating that's perfect for indoor/outdoor entertaining.

We've decked the halls of this fully remodeled home in gorgeous deep reds, hunter greens and vintage metallics that nod to the fabulous parties of the roaring 20's to honor the decade the home was built. The festive sparkle complements the crisp black and white architectural details throughout the home providing the perfect backdrop for holiday fun!

A full, custom remodel turned a once-dated great room into a spacious modern farmhouse with crisp black and white contrast, warm accents, custom black fireplace and plenty of space to entertain.

With plans of custom building their dream home, my clients knew they wanted timeless sophistication. Specifically, a sophisticated farmhouse that was minimalist with a neutral palette. While working closely together with the builder/owner, we red-lined plans and specified materials and finishes in light wood, white, ivory, and marble, combined with details of paneling, brushed brass, and accents of black throughout to maintain a gorgeous, organic, and light aesthetic.
