This space was an addition to home. Shaft skylight attracts light into the space, faux painting design included different size stripes extending up into the skylight. The floor is tiled in black and white similar to the adjoining kitchen. The medicine cabinet was removed from the second floor bath and inserted into the wall. (1) An absolutely stunning, bright, and wide shot of this beautiful kitchen. 3 large pendant lights hang down from the ceiling above a long and sleek kitchen island with three beautiful olive green chairs surrounding. Above the stainless steel range is a mural we created using stone, glass, and ceramic decoratives. We made a one-of-a-kind backsplash mural for a one-of-a-kind kitchen!

This bathroom features handmade ceramic wall tile and hexagonal floor tile, a console sink with decorative metal legs and polished nickel plumbing throughout. The leaf print wallpaper is hand printed in the UK.

This bathroom features a custom floating vanity, recessed into a drywall niche. Shelves framed in matching wood are tucked into either side of this niche and provide tons of additional storage. A large custom vanity mirror is framed by navy herringbone tiles and gold fixtures. This herringbone tile is repeated on the shower walls, while the shower floor is composed of large tiles cut into triangular shapes to promote drainage while minimizing grout lines. The sleek soaking tub is a great place to unwind from a busy day in a soothing, spa-like environment.

The tile in the kids' bath is all new, designed to look original to the 1936 home. The tile is from B&W Tile in Los Angeles.
